Each of these forms of the Chinese Martial Arts of Kung Fu (aka Gung Fu) has one amazing element in common: the use of the Wooden Dummy. The styles may vary, from the traditional Muk Jong Kong used by Wing Chun (aka Wing Tsun, Ving Tsun) to Bruce Lee's modified version with new training legs and neck for Jeet Kune Do. Other arts use a different body style, additional striking targets, movable arms, spring arms and an amazing variety of possible configurations.
