Turn-around time between placement of order and shipping?
Max 5 business days, usually next day delivery

Carrier(s) used for shipping?
XPressPost (if our vendors do not have a shipping account available for use). We prefer our retailers have an account that we can ship from, this saves adding shipping charges to invoices.  If you have a prefered carrier, we can use that too. We have just found ExpressPost to be the most cost effective.

FOB point?
Currently, it will be our warehouse (398 Lansing Avenue, London Ontario Canada N6K 2J3).

Can we submit orders by e-mail?
Yes. I would also prefer to receive a hard copy of all orders once a month by mail, just for my records.

Payment terms?
As soon as we receive payment for an order (We prefer PayPal), we will ship out the product.  If a shipping account is not set up by vendor for us to use, an invoice will be sent which will include total cost with shipping and handling.

Shipping box dimensions, weight, and estimated shipping costs?
Package dimensions: (37cmx26cmx3cm), weight: 0.77kg, estimated shipping cost with courier: between $12-16 U.S. (average 6 business days to ship within the U.S.)

Prompt follow-up with shipping notices and tracking #s?

Prompt notice of stock-outs?
Yes, we will notify you in advance, before we are out-of-stock of any item. We will also advise in advance if a certain fabric is going to be discontinue.

All Nadine Daniel products are guaranteed.  Unused products my be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
If a product is not to standard at the time of purchase, Nadine Daniel will gladly pay for all return shipping cost. Additional shipping charges will apply for exchange items.
