Eating Experience at Logans Roadhouse. Food was not good, service was inadequate, and the wait time was extremely inappropriate.
Windshield replacement by Novus Auto Glass Repair and Replacement. The service was recommented by State Farm Insurance. Windshield replacement was a faulty job. The aagent would not stand behind aid in having the problem reconciled. The windshield had air noise, wiper blades were not put back on correctly and moved off windshield during pouring rain, and damage was done to the paint of the car during installation.

My worst customer sevice experience happen when I went to a fine jewelry store and was not greeted or asked if I needed help and when I asked for a credit application I was then discuraged from filling it out by one of the sales reps.

When approaching the check-out lane at a busy supermarket, the clerk was involved in a personal conversation with another employee. The clerk did not acknowledge my presence in any way and instead continued her personal conversation while scanning my items. The only time she interrupted her personal conversation was to tell me the total due and then she promptly resumed her conversation. This total lack of courtesy made this a place I did not want to return to.

The best experience that I had was a few days ago. I went to a department store to buy school supplies for my son. The store was very crowded. The store had such a good sale that the shelves of merchandise was emptying very fast. I was looking for a product that I thought was sold out. The sales person, even though he was sweating and tired, asked me if I needed help. I told him yes but what I was looking for was sold out. He told me to wait a minute and he would be back with what I needed. Within 1 minute he came back and gave me exactly what I needed. I was able to finish my shopping in a very small amount of time.

I have dealt with all kinds of customers. There is a lady I dealt with a few months ago that was upset because she said she didnt owe late charges on a movie she rented. She yelled at me and told me to shut up and all i did was be nice and try to explain the problem to her. I listened patiently to what she had to say and kept saying "Yes maam" and "No maam". she left the store very upset but the very next day she was calling the store and telling me have very sorry she was for being so rude. If you keep your cool and just try to be as nice as possible most people respond to that.

Best/Worst Customer Service
I had recently purchased a portable radio from a local department store. When I opened the box it was contained in, I noticed the electrical cord was missing. I returned to the store and asked for the same salesperson that had assisted me with my purchase. He was on break, therefore his associate offered his assistance. I explained my problem and he stated the box was open, therefore he could not verify if the cord was in the box when purchased or not. I asked in disbelief if he thought I would drive fifteen miles one way just for an electrical cord.? He said that some other customers utilized purchases for personal gain. I was dumbfounded and asked what he meant by that statement. He explained that some customers purchased items and returned with "missing parts" in order to gain leverage for discounts or free items. I became irritated and asked to speak with the manager, the manager offered to take a cord off their supply sales shelf to replace it. He was very friendly and apologetic for the salesperson's behavior. He stated the salesperson was new and had not achieved his customer satisfaction skills. The salesperson approached me and apologized for his conduct. Then asked that I accept a discount certificate for my next purchase. I must say I became irritated with the salesperson and I am sure he will not make the same mistake again. I continue to shop at the department store and yes I do utilize that same salesperson every now and again.

I am a single mother of a four year old daughter. I raised her on my love of shopping. She becomes excited at the prospect of visiting our nearby Galleria. The variety of stores in and around this facility, allows me to shop for the best values and service. I visit a variety of stores. We window shop for vehicles (for when I graduate college) at least once a week, visit toy stores, hobby shops, shoe stores, clothing stores ranging from The Gap to Parisian's for Kids, go to the theatre (there are seven different ones we visit in our area of shopping)at least twice a month, and we eat at restaraunts at least twice a week, if not more. I shop at least three times a week at local and surrounding areas and absolutely love it. This would be a great opportunity for me to utilize the time I already spend shopping to make money or earn free items. Thank you for this opportunity.

A recurring experience that I find particularly rude is at any checkout/cash register, the cashier doesn't even acknowledge your presence. Or worse yet, carries on a conversation with their co-worker the entire time they are checking you out, not giving you much more than a hello, let alone a thank you.

Best/Worst Customer Service
Well, I am one of those customers who knows what she wants and pgoes after it. In restaurants, I often make more than one specific. My worst customer service experience occured at a local steak house. I had made one specific request concerning my salmon fillet. When it was incorrect, I politely asked that the waitress to correct the order. After waiting for a half hour, she returned with the exact same fillet I had returned with no changes made. She then proceeded to tell me that the chef was too busy to correct it and that I could either finish my meal or not. She could care less but that she would be needing my table for other customers in a few minutes. As I went to approach a manager who was standing at the kitchen entrance, I saw my waitress and overheard her telling another server that she'd never tried to change my order because I "pissed her off!"

My best customer service experience was purchasing a car. It was just a normal, mid-range priced vehicle and the personal attention was quite unexpected. After meeting me after hours on a weekend to pick up a car the owner interacted with my children who were with me. He gave them each an old 1920's U.S. coin and gave them soft drinks. Then, the owner gave us $40 cash out of his own wallet to purchase the first tank of gas.

Best/Worst Customer Service
My worst customer service experience was a a local Blockbuster video. I entered the store to find the clerk and a personal phone call. He did not say hello or agknowledge that i was even in the store. I searched for a movie for about 20 min. I finally had to ask for help. He then (acting annoyed) put down the phone to looke it up on the computer and pointed in the direction I should go. I found the movie myself and proceeded to check out where he was still on the phone having an argument with his girlfriend. He never said thank you or anything and stayed on the phone the entire time.

This is my worst service experience: My family and I were dining at Olive Garden one day, during lunch. I asked for a to go cup for my then two year old daughter to drink from, when the server came back with a cottage cheese bowl and took a knife to make a hole in the lid for the straw to go into, I questioned her about it and she said they didn't have anything for a child to drink from. I thought how odd. My husband had to keep asking her to bring him a refill on his soup, and we had to ask for refills on tea. She was a very rude waitress.

My WORST ever customer service experience was at a clothing store in Benton, I use to shop there all the time and one evening I was in there and I had a buggy full of clothes and I was on my way to the regs. when I saw this rock looking necklace and I knew I had to have it, so I was trying it on when one of the sales ladies asked me to take it off that they take the highest punishment for shoplifters and I explained to her that I was trying it on to make sure it fit right before I bought it, she said ok, and walked me to the counter and then walked off, well, the lady rang me up, I paid for all my stuff even the necklace and on my way out the door, the security alarm went off and they immediately came running over! They checked my reciept, asked me to walk through without my bag and then left me go and didn't even apolgize!!!!! and I would NEVER in my life steal anything.

Best/Worst Customer Service
My family and I were visiting a local seafood restaurant. From the moment we arrived, to the time we left, we were taken care of. We were seated immediately by the hostess, and greeted within 20 seconds by our server (Jack). Our drink order was taken, and appetizer suggestions were made. Jack returned with our drinks and took our order. He was able to answer all of our questions about the menu items in great detail. Our appetizers were delivered in 8 minutes, and our food was delivered 12 minutes later. Not only did Jack keep our glasses full, but he made sure we had everything we needed without ever having to ask.

My worst customes sirvice experence was while I was working at a very up scale restraunt in Los Angeles. I took the tables drink order and when I returned to the table I was greated with a face of discuss appenentally I took the order wrong and was pronptly served with a cold drink in my face. I quietly walked away dryed myself off and offerd the table a free drink. my best experience was with walmart, had an item that needed to go back, they had no more in stock,they didn't plan on stocking more so they didn't want to give me the newest addition. after several minutes and a lot of talking a lady was listening and she came over and introduced herself and told me to be patient and she would be back. she came back and issued me a complete refund and gave me a gift card for $25. for my diffuculty.
i am a 47 yr old grandmother. i know a good deal and i know what it takes to do "good customer experience", i know how customers should be treated as well as how sales people would like to be treated. they deserve respect also. i will do my very best and will complete what is asked of me no matter how diffucult. there are a lot of stores in arkansas, kohls, walmart, mmcohns, dillards, penneys,sears,lane bryant,cato,payless target, kmart,bakers, menswear house. etc. arkansans like to shop.

Worst-- When I went to a local Cellular provider, the rep was setting was at her desk on the phone, she never looked up and didn't act like she cared that i had entered the office. Even after I walked up to her desk and asked for information she never looked up and handed me a pamplet and cont. on with her conversation.

Several "worsts". I was a rep for several years. A road rep. Driving 4 hours for a BIG order, only to arrive and be told he had put the appointment on the wrong day and month! Could not see me for another 2 weeks. A wasted day times 2. Time is money. Best - have had people write notes to company saying how much they enjoy working with me and appreciated my friendly and honest ways when taking their orders or helping them decide what to order. For me these reports to me were a bonus after a long day and a long stretch of travel and work.
Am very aware of product background, quality, pricing, availibility - another words - old, new,or right on the mark. Love to snoop and compare and definitely get the very best deal. I don't know anything about this program, but it sounds fascinating, and I would love to be involved.

WENT TO WENDY'S FOR LUNCH ONE AFTERNOON IN THE DRIVE THRU AND THE LADY COULDNT HEAR ME (I REALLY COULDNT HEAR HER) SO I PULLED UP AND WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW SHE STARTED YELLING BEING SMART AND CUSSED ME BECAUSE I PULLED UP BEFORE ORDERING.I LEFT WITHOUT EATING.

My worst was when i was looking for a graduation dress and the people in the store were not very helpful when i asked for help and the store was not very clean.
I have down this once before when i worked at the market research company. I went and got my oil changed and had to inspect every thing in the lobby and i was very truthful about every thinh because i'd want someone to do the same to me.
