Companies previously shopped for:
Specialize in shops for accessibility (disablity accessible). Prior to this,
I was an Information Technology Consultant for a Fortune 300 company with
Fortune 500 clients. I was one of four women out of 250 consultants employed
by the company. I have had many assignments at varried types of companies:
cosmetics, eye wear and care, cable TV station, oil industry, newspaper,
defense contractors, national parks, restaurants (corporate), etc.
Best/Worst Customer Service:
The worst is when stores do not have clothing ailes wide enough for an
oversized wheelchair or their electric carts to maneuver and the store does
not offer a free shopping assistant. If I desire to spend an offensive
amount of money there, the service should be there also.
The best shop is when you receive assistance from a seasoned representative.
Their business etiquette and intuition are perfected beyond belief. Its
almost like a dream! You can live your dreams.
Candidates qualities:
Already have been in a consulting type of field, there are common skills
that are devoloped no matter what the specified areas. I also have done well
at technical writing on the job and advanced writing classes during college
attendance. I graduated on the Dean's List. Sample writings are available
upon request. In addition, I have had a wide range of exposure to many types
of service companies because of the travel requirements of being a field
consultant as well as what to expect when taking personal vacations or
taking care of personal business.

Best/Worst Customer Service
I was recently in Dawson City YT, Canada. My wife and I went into what we thought was a fairly nice resteraunt, and soon found out we were mistaken. It was a VERY hot day and yet they did not allow us to sit in the open air dining room. The indoor room we sat in felt to be around 80 degrees F if not more. When our waitress came to the table, she took our order for drinks, but when asked questions regarding menu choices, she had to consult another waitress to answer our questions. The wait for the food wasn't too long, but the food itself left little to be desired. The Shrimp Ceaser Salad my wife ordered was very small for the $8.00 price tag. The shrimp on top of the salad was obviously canned shrimp. The pieces were small and mushy, none of the shrimp had any flavor. Then the main course was presented to us. We had ordered a plate of Pork Babyback Ribs with a Blueberry based BBQ sauce. The Ribs were not grilled, yet par-boiled and barely warm, the very small corn on the cob had seemingly been frozen, thawed and then refrozen, the broccoli was brown, and the rice was cold and flavorless. I asked to speak to a manager after we were done, but none was available. I was informed that I would have to speak to the owner the next morning. Because of that experiance, I will not return to this resteraunt, nor will I recommend it to friends.
Candidates qualities
My attention to detail will be a great asset in making your company able to capture the market share. I enjoy shopping, dining out, and entertainment outside the home. I believe that quality and service determine the outcome of my experience, and I hope that by feeding you constructive critisism, your company may reach it's full potential.

Best/Worst Customer Service
Best- In May this year I was in a minor fender bender that was not my fault. The collision repair shop and USAA, my insurance company, really took care of me. USAA was very prompt in completing the claim and the collision repair shop told me exactly what would happen with my vehicle. I was given a rental car to use while the repairs were being done. The body shop called me with updates and my vehicle was completed three days ahead of schedule. In a stressful situation both USAA and the Collision repair shop came through.
Worst- Just this weekend while car shopping at the local Mitsubishi dealership the customer service was substandard. Usually car salesmen won't leave you alone. However, we had two different people page for a saleman to help us. A number of people asked us if we had been helped but didn't take the time to find someone to help us. After 20 minutes someone gave us a credit application to fill out if we wanted to test drive the car we were looking at. Only then would they help us. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I talked my friend into looking for that car somewhere else.
Candidates qualities
I am a full time student at the University of Alaska. This allows me to have very flexible hours. I understand that sometimes people have bad days and that can effect the customer service that is rendered. Sometimes circumstance are out of the control of people that are trying to help you (perhaps they are short in staff, new on the job, busy due to the holidays, ect.) With that in mind, I do think that a smile, courtesy, and respect go a long way. I promise to be observant and objective.

Best/Worst Customer Service
My first visit to this diner. The waitress greeted me at the door with a big smile and how are you today. She was very friendly and happy. She was always on top of her job if I needed a refill she was there to give it to me. My food arrived quickly and still hot.
Candidates qualities
I am reliable, hard working and will get the job done on time and accurately.
