Best/Worst Customer Service:

My worst experience ever was at a Tim Hortons. My friend and I both ordered sandwiches on brown bread. When they were finished we found out in the car that they were on white bread, my friend really needed brown bread so I went back in to get it fixed. Mistakes happen so this was fine, but then the line had grown to 12 people. I went right up to the front to exchange the sandwich and I told them about the error, they then had the nerve to make me wait untill EVERYONE else in the line that were originally after me were served. after 10 minutes one of the customers refused to be helped until they looked after me. So that was fine, they fixed it and I was back out. Back in the car we realize they put mustard on the sandwich when the type of sandwich never does have mustard on it. This time my friend was back in there, 5-10 minutes later she was finally out with the right sandwich. The service there that day was horrible, I shouldn't have to wait THAT long for an error they made twice.

Candidates qualities:

Basically I enjoy shopping, I like seeing new products and learning what's available. I like asking the opinion of the company employees about products and services. I also understand that service can't be perfect, there is many people to attend to and it is also some of my responsibility to give a que that I need help. I'm a patient, understanding shopper and know when the service I'm getting is good given the surrounding circumstances or if the service could use improvement. For example on a busy shopping day when the clerk has many people in line, I don't expect immediate help, I will wait my turn, but I do expect that the clerk should be effecient in their tasks at that time.

Best/Worst Customer Service

My best customer service experience was at Jared Jewlers where my wife and I purchased our wedding rings. We hunted for several months for the perfect setting, individual stones, and bands. Many of the stores we visited repeatedly, seemed to grow tired of our questions and returns after the third or fourth time. But at Jared Jewlers, they always greeted us with a smile and encouraged us to compare stones at different stores, as well as prices, and to get independent appraisals before making decisions. They welcomed all of our questions, and told us that we should take as long as we need to make such an important decision. Since purchasing our rings there, they have been extremely friendly on all return visits, and always offer us refreshments and apologize if we had to wait for more than five minutes to be helped individually. They were also very kind to my wife when she damaged her ring at the gym, and did not make her feel guilty in the least. They have already resized her ring twice, and on every visit they have offered to redip her white gold rings free of charge. They will have us as customers for life.

Candidates qualities

I enjoy going into new stores and trying out new things. I am a natural extrovert, and look forward to meeting new people. I have a good understanding of what customer service should be because I have been working in sales and teaching for thirteen years now. I understand the importance of meeting the customers' needs and making sure they find the item best for them. I am, also, not above sending a customer to a different retailer to find the item that best fits their need. I believe that a customer's trust is the most important part of the consumer-customer relation. I believe this is especially true in high-end retail stores. In teacing, I customize my lesson plans for my students based upon their interests, rather than teaching everyone the same thing. I think caring about your customers' needs is absolutely essential in them returning. Attention to detail and honesty are the most important aspects of my jobs, and I believe they will make me a rewarding Mystery Shopper.

Best/Worst Customer Service

My worst customer service that I had experienced was in a restraunt. There was 4 adults and 2 kids at our table. We were not acknowledged for at least 20 minutes, after the waiter came to greet us he was to bring us buns, but they were out of buns so they had brought us burnt garlic bread, he took our order and we waited for an hour and half and asked where our meal was, they had lost our order and brought us a plate of fries!!!!This was a known Sea Food restraunt!! We asked to speak to the manager he came and said he would take 10% off our bill . We finally left. This was horrible customer service there was no apoligies from our waiter or the manager, 10 % was Not enough to cover our time we had spent there. It is one thing to be busy but you still have to make sure everyone is looked after!!

Candidates qualities

I would be an excellent candidate for a mystery Shopper because I have worked in the customer service industry for 14 years, I know good customer service. I strived to give it when I worked in the industry!!! I have recieved numerous customer service awards from The Bay. I pay attention to detail, which is important to customer service!

Best/Worst Customer Service

The best experience I had was about 2 months ago. I was shopping for a nice dress shirt in one of the malls. This lady came up to see if I needed any help. I told her what I was looking for and she found it in about two minites flat. I went to the dressing room and tryed it on. Then she helped me with different looks I could get with just this one shirt. So I bought it. This lady made me feel very important. The store that day was very busy and all of her customers seemed very happy with her.

Candidates qualities

Well I haved worked in customer service for many years and I know how customers should be treated. These days customers need to be treated better than they are in some places. I have good attention skills. I feel that I could be a very good as a mystery shopper.
