I returned a pair of shoes at Fashion Bar and I was told that the shoes had
been worn for a long time. Which was incorrect because I had bought them a
couple of months before and the shoe had only been tried on at my home on
carpet. The sales person told me she had put them on the "machine" that would
show wear. I was so upset that I just left and left the shoes there. I told
my husband what happen and he was sorry for my experience. Next day the
manager of Joslins called me and told me that they had my shoes and that he
was sorry for the way my return was handled by the sales associated and that I
could come in any get a pair of shoes at whatever price. I asked how he knew
that I had had a problem he informed me that my husband had called and told to
him. I asked his name and told him I would call him back. I then called the
Shoe Manager of Fashion Bar where all this happen and told him that my husband
had made a mistake in calling the wrong shor and told him that without my shoe
the manager of anoth

I love to shop, I shop for all different things. I love to shop for myself
for others. I also shop for everything for my house from plumbing to house
repairs. I also do all my painting, staining and repairs around the house. I
also love to decorate so I know where to go to get everything for a house.

Best experience was purchasing an automobile. Sales department worked as a
team. Made me feel comfortable, provided information when asked. They were
fast, friendly, and available. I never felt like a commission or number but a
valued customer. They won my loyalty as a customer.
Worst experience was at a restarant. Waitress was short with conversation,
never followed up, was not the same person who brought our food, or refilled
our drinks. She only came back when it was time to collect the bill. I asked
her if she thought her service was good and she was indifferent. She gave us
a bad feeling about the food and restarant and we have not since returned.
Candidates qualities:
I love to engage people. I have worked as a waiter and in sales and have a
reputation of giving excellent customer service. I loved winning customers
and impressing them beyond just doing my job. Often they independantly sought
management to acknowledge my service.
As an investigator, I am keen on observation. I know how to be discreet and
can wear both hats of a casual customer and researcher. I understand the
value of getting honest feedback and the importance that it can be for
companies wanting to set high standards and gain loyal customers who will
return and reccomend. I have good writing and communication skills and
believe I can establish credible contact and honest feedback that will help
whomever hires me.
I am also extremely punctual and do not procrastinate when I am given a task.
I am able to be spontaneous, and love situations that allow me to engage
others. I am friendly, very approachable, and able to express myself well.

i walked in to a gas station to fill up my car wich would have been 40$ i
wanted to pay with a 50$ bill the guy called me stupid and iliterit,then told
me he was going to pull me on his side of the counter and beat me up.The next
day I spoke with the manager he gave me 100$ worth free gas vouchers.

A recent shopping experience at an outdoor sporting goods storewas one of the
best I've ever encountered. Although the store was quite crowed with 10-12
customers, the sales clerk, Lauren, greeted me with a smile and a nod and said
she would help me as soon as possible. While waiting for assistance I noticed
she was cordial to all the customers and was able to help two or more
customers at the same time. When she was able to speak with me and I told her
what I wanted she was quick to respond to my request. Although the store
didn't have my size, Lauren offered to contact other stores in the area to see
if she could accomodate me. After two phone calls she was successful in
locating the item I wanted in my size. She then asked if I wanted the store
to send the item to my home with no delivery charge! I gratefully said that
would be terrific. She took down the needed information and wished me a
pleasant weekend. I will certainly shop the store again!
Candidates qualities:
I would be quite effective in evaluating customer service based on years of
shopping experiences. I'm a former educator, office manager and retail sales
person and have continually been asked to assess my own qualities as well as
those of many other people. I am confident you will find I am a
conscientious, objective and thorough observer.

Im am african american, so one day i went to this shop in a mall. and the lady kept following me and my friends around. And there were other people who were not african american. In this store and she wasnt even paying attention to them.
Well i love to shop and I would like to help owners out with there staff. So if the person prediuce they would know. Or if the person has an attitude towards the customers. they would also know.

I deal with clients and the federal government on enviromental issues as far as making sure emmisions stay at a minimum among refineries and I have had a situation where my instument used had problems and stopped working, by working with clients and talking to keeping communication open I still managed to keep them happy with components going out of compliance.
I would be a good mystery shopper because I am also in the Army National Guard and I have access to facilities that most do not.
