I went to dine in a Pizza Hut restaurant in El Centro, CA. The waitress directed me to a table. No one came to take my order after twenty minutes. I asked for the Mgr. and he was nonchalant about the oversite. He response was "Well do you want to eat or don't you?"

My worst customer service experience was when me and my friends were dining at Red Lobster and recieved horrible service the waitress was very rude and my friends wanting to leave after this horrible treatment I quickly told them not before I get the Managers name and write down this date and time. My best experience is when i was visiting TJ Max and the sales associate was very friendly.

My best ever customer service experience was at a Wal-mart in Lawrenceville, GA.  It was about 2:00 am, and very quiet in the store. There were less people and employees, but most of the employees were very attentive. I had trouble finding a skin care product and went to look for someone to help. I found this older lady in her 40s, and before I even asked the question, she says a jolly "Good Morning!" It was a pleasant suprise. I proceeded with my question about the location of the product, and I thought she was just point the way. Instead, the lady tells me to follow her, and we walk to the location of the product. I am happy to say "Thank You", then she asked me if I needed anything else. I tell her "No, but thanks anyway". She tells me "good day" and I was on my way to the checkout line. The lady that helped me out was very intune with me and interested in assisting me. At that time of the morning, it was refreshing to have someone alive and energetic.

I am a great candidate as a Mystery Shopper for many reasons. One reason would be that I love to shop. I try to go shopping, in any way, at least once a week. It is very stress relieving. Another reason why I am a good candidate is because I am very observant.  I pay close attention to my surroundings and to the people I encounter.  I do not leave out any details.  I am also a good candidate as a mystery shopper because I am very professional.  I follow instructions and directions as written, and I make sure everything is done in completion on time.  In addition, I give work the proper patience and time.  For these reasons I am a great candidate as a Mystery Shopper.

My sister and I had gone to the store to buy a few things. We had asked an employee working the area to help us find a few things and she was rude to us and told us they did not carry the product anymore. So went about our own way and look for something similar to what we where looking for and found exactly what we where looking for. Then we spilt up. After picking up some items we meet back up at the check out lane. I went 1st no problem but the cashier had an attitude and acted like she didn’t want to be there. Than my sister went thought the line and she had purchased some food and went to pay for it with her food stamp card (EBT) and something was wrong with the magnetic strip. She told the girl she would probably have to key it in physically. The lady said I need a manger key and he is not going to do it. Well my sister asked to speak to the manager and the manager told her that he would not do it. I could see my sister getting very upset. Then she said you mean to tell me if a person with a credit card

My best customer service experience has been with a car dealership.  In the parts/service department.  I recently bought a new vehicle and each and every time that I take it for routine service, I am greeted personnally by MY representative.  I receive follow letters and phone calls to make sure that my needs were met and my car is Always ready when promised if not sooner.  They have all been extremely friendly and curteous.  This means a lot to me as a customer because I can be in an extremely bad mood if my vehicle is not running correctly because I drive my vehicle a lot for my occupation.

Worst- Hotel in Holly Springs Mississippi my family spent the night. The floors were filthy which we brought to the attention of the front desk. They apologized and stated that the carpet shampoo machine had broken three/four days prior. They offered no leniancy on the room rate. The beds were as hard as hard could be, and the pillows were as thin as anything you've ever seen. The walls separating the rooms were so thin tha we could here the person/persons snoring obnoxiously loud. I personally went down to the front desk to inquire about moving to another room and was told that there were no rooms left in the hotel. Approximately 11:45/12:00 my family left the hotel to move to another in the area. Before we left however my father gathered the name and telephone number of the owner/franchise. He wrote a letter to the person and received a letter back acknowledging the problems but there was never an admission of fault, discount on future services or an apology. We will not be returning there ever again.

The worst would be in retail I was shopping in Express and the lady was showing her coworker and friends the new cloths that came in. They all were talking loud and telling her to grab them each a pair in their size because after today they will be marked up to 60.00 dollors. Well I wanted a pair and I was a paying customer at the time but she didn't have no more in my size because the 3 workers and some friends got them. Even though they were on the clock they should of given them to the customer first they could purchase again when they got more in the next day instead of telling me to come back the next day. When I did I was told they were not aloud to do that and I was right they cost me an extra $20.00. I haven't been back since. I have alot of bad customer service and would love to work some how to let the company know how we are treated.

I have always felt that I should be able to do this when I am in a store being ignored or treated badly because I want so much for the company to know what is happening. I am perfect because I am a mother of 2 small boys and I am always at the mall or other department stores picking something up and also I love to eat out but if I am treated bad just once I won't go back I do report it but it never gets anywhere. I have the time to do it and I believe companies should do this so they can better their company and money. You need to know how the certain place treats your paying customer and I believe in good customer service and I expect it where ever I go. I guess from being in the Army you treat the civillians or patients I waited on with a great attitude regardless if I was in a bad one.

I was at our local discount store trying to use the new self-checkout system. When it messed up, the CS Manager came over to fix it. She went into this looong speech about how the machine was to be handled. When I explained to her what the problem was, she insisted that it was my fault. She thought that I had removed my bags too early, but really it was for the voided item. She would not listen to me to know that it had nothing to do with my bags. She ended up yelling at me and calling me "Stupid."

Best/Worst Customer Service

While checking out a local Winn Dixie, I was taken aback on how attentive, courteous, and responsive the cashier was to my needs. She immediately noticed that I had been waiting in line for a long period of time with a few items and immediately opened a register. She was quite apologetic and offered to assist with taking my groceries to my vehicle since she noticed that I wasn't feeling well (I was purchasing ginger ale, chicken soup and crackers). Great asset to Winn Dixie!

Candidates qualities

Being a business traveler and having worked in the service industry, I know how people want to and ought to be treated. When people are spending their money, they want to feel like they are in control. It should be a pleasant experience because parting from your hard, earned money is quite difficult in these times and having a nasty attitude does not make it better. I'm a good customer and I expect good service!

The worst customer service experience I've had was with Hotels.com. I booked a room with them for Mardi Gras weekend in New Orleans. The day before travel I called the hotel to confirm my registration and was told, not only did I not have a registration, but they were completely booked. Of course, I already have non-refundable plane tickets, so cancelling the trip was not an option. After many hours on the phone with Hotels.com, they finally found me a room. However, it was not centrally located (as was my original reservation), and they did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience (time spent on thephone) and worry they caused.

I'm a great candidate as a mystery shopper because I have quite discriminating tastes with regard to goods and services. I'm an experienced shopper and have been jokingly told I have "consumeritis." I really enjoy trying new products and services and I interact with ease with people. I've been on both sides of the counter. In addition, I'm an attractive, unassuming female. Finally, I'm observant and I have clear written and verbal communication skills which will be beneficial while shopping, as well as, reporting to you the details of the exchange.
