My best customer service experience happened when I took over managing a business that was going down. The original owner had so much confidence in me that she allowed me to take over without any doubt in her mind. Shortly after I aquired the manager position the business picked up and it went really smoothly without any trouble. A lot of the original customers who have been going there for years were really pleased with the new changes, but also pleased that the old ways were still there. They were also pleased with the new customer service that I inforced. Being there for them, having a pleasent but short conversation, or just asking them how their day went.
My worst customer experience was when I had to explain to a customer that a certain item was not on sale and it was placed on the sale rack by mistake. He was extremely upset that that had happened because he really wanted that item for his wife. Unfortunately he did not leave the store happy, and I myself was not in a very good mood for the rest of the day. Lucky it was quitting time for me, so I got to home and cool off rather than spend the rest of the day at the work place upset by the situation.

the worst customer service experience I had is in K-mart. There was no customer service and I needed help and had to look for a person to help me. I waited so long in line to pay for my items.

Best/Worst Customer Service
Worst ever customer experience was when I went through the drive thru ordered, went up to the next window, they had gotten the order completely wrong, then I asked a question about something they were offering and he told me he didn't know about the offer. I continued to the next window to pick up my food, the women there wasn't very nice, I proceeded to ask her about the promotion they were having and she also had no idea about it and she wasn't about the ask and find out either. I was amazed at how bad this drive thru was. I have been inside the fast food place as well and they are just as inappropriate in their too.
Candidates qualities
First of all I look like an average shopper, their attitude towards me should be the same for all other shoppers. Also I am very honest in my opinion of the people and service. I want to be a mystery shopper because I am so sick of going into different places and being treated badly or seeing bad work habits or ethics. Some places I feel don't even have mystery shoppers, and they need some badly. I will get the job done with efficiency and grace.
