The worst customer service experience I have had was when I recently went to
Quizno's to order one sandwich for carry-out. I arrived about 7:40 p.m.
When I walked in the restaurant, the female employee began slamming metal
soup pots around. I proceeded to the counter to order. She stopped what
she was doing and walked up to the counter without saying anything to me. I
order my sandwich. She began to prepare the sandwich having said nothing to
me at that point. I remembered that my daughter did not want any cheese on
the sandwich so I asked the employee to leave off the cheese. She seemed
quite irritated at my request. As the sandwich was being toasted, she rung
up my order and I paid. When the sandwich was done, she put it in a bag and
literally threw it at me across the counter without saying anything to me
and walked away. Three more customers walked in as I was leaving and I
thought to myself, "Good luck!" I figured it was close to closing time (I
think they close at 8:00 p.m.) and she really

I enjoy shopping and can spend hours in one store. I am not overly
critical. If I have a bad shopping experience, I can usually give the
employee and/or employer the benefit of the doubt unless the adverse
behavior or experience was obviously deliberate. If I have an extremely
pleasurable experience, I make a point to compliment the employee for the
service I received. I am located in an area with close access to an
abundance of stores and restaurants. My husband and I used to own a
restaurant and know first-hand how customers should be treated. We enjoy a
wide variety of food and like trying different types of cuisine. I am
cognizant of the types of atmospheres which make a shopping or dining
experience pleasurable.

i don't have actual experience as a mystery shopper however i have helped
out a friend when he needed that extra person when he had to have 2 people
for the shop. looks very interesting. i love to shop and i always keep my
eyes open to what is around me.
Best/Worst Customer Service:
my worst experience was when i went to a fast food place and got the order
to go. when i got back in the car and opened the sack there was a cockroach
in the sack. i went back in and told them. all they said was ok thank you
for telling me. i wasn't offered another sandwich or a refund. needless to
say i left the sack on the counter and walked out.

i love shopping, good listener,pays attention to what is around me. i have
been with a friend when he has needed that extra hand to complete one of his
shops and i really enjoyed it. very interesting.

Best/Worst Customer Service:
The best customer service that I have ever received occurred while shopping
at the grocery store. I was 38 weeks pregnant and had several shopping
bags, my purse, and a jacket. The store was very busy and there was no
person available to carry my bags. However, on the way out the store
manager saw me struggling and assisted me to the car. He was very kind and
truly possessed excellent customer service skills.
Candidates qualities:
I am an excellent candidate because I am concise and I pay attention to
detail. I can successfully complete a shop in a timely manner and I have
excellent availability--even on short notice. My writing skills are also
excellent which allows me to let the company truly see the shopping
experience.
