I recently was in a retail clothing store. I had picked up two items of clothing
and one of the sales associates noticed and quickly came over and asked if she
could start a dressing room for me. I said yes, and continued to shop. I picked
up a few more items and went into the dressing room. I was only in there
approximately 3 - 5 minutes and she was at the door asking if she could assist
me in any way. I asked her to exchange a pair of jean for me that were the wrong
size. She took the jeans and promptly returned with the right size jeans for me.
She asked again if she could be of assistance and at that time I told her no,
but thank you very much. I do not see this kind of assistance in most stores
nowadays. I took notice and really appreciated her customer service skills. This
was a very good shopping experience.

I am a very detail oriented and observant person. I am also reliable, dependable
and will have no problems being very discreet in my mystery shopping jobs. I
have completed numerous retail shops and auditing shops. I am focused and
accurate in my descriptions of my observations. I complete my reports
immediately following the shop.
I understand the need for good customer service. I own and operate a Hair
Care Salon. I work part-time, and can be flexible with my times to shop. I am
enthusiastic about mystery shopping and feel that I am a discerning person that

My best customer service experience was when I was on my honeymoon with my now
ex-husband. We went to Walt Disney World in Flordia. It was just amazing to me
to be surrounded by some many people who truly loved their work. They honestly
wanted to make your time there more pleasurable, they did everything they could
to make our stay wonderful and memorable. I would love to see more places out in
the world like that, with people who loved thier work and not just working to
get by.

We got a new Arby's in our town and I went and bought 30 dollars worth of food.
The window cashier gave me incorrect change and the wrong order to begin with.
When I gave her back the order, I never received a receipt for my order. I
sat at the drive thru window for 15 minutes while they corrected everything.
When we got home, we were missing 3 items, the fries were cold and stale and the
sandwich bread was hard as a rock. The meat inside tasted like it had been
sitting out for hours. We could not eat the food. I went back to talk with the
manager and he was extremely rude. Would not give me my money back because I
had no receipt, even though the drive through worker remembered me and
remembered not giving me a receipt. I had to drive back home and bring all the
food back. The manager was very rude again when I returned and gave me
replacements only for the sandwiches and the fries, but refused to do anything
else. When I commented how much I usually like Arby's but that this one was
quite diffe

I am always very articulate and attentive to the operations of service oriented
venues which I visit. I notice all the details, the persons name, friendliness,
extra care taken to make sure I have a nice shopping or eating experience at
their business. I am very aware of cleanliness in and around me wherever I go.
I am an independent contractor for insurance companies as a side job and have to
notice details in real estate which I inpect for insurance purposes. I was a
mystery shopper for Blockbuster for the duration of 5 months and enjoyed it very
much. I believe I would make an excellent addition to any company looking for
quality and detailed completion of customer service evaluations.

One of my best experiences was in a hardware store to pick out interior hardware for our new home. I felt as if the young man had extreme knowledge of the products that I was choosing and also took his time with me to make sure that I had all of my questions answered. I felt that the store was very hospitable and made me feel very welcome. They also presented the store and themselves as very well-kept, clean and approachable.
I am a good mystery shopper because I am very fair and accurate as how I "see" and "hear" what is being presented to me in any shopping circumstance. I follow the mystery shopping "rules" very strictly and do not waiver on what I might would have liked it to turn out or exaggerate on what happened. Just the facts.
I live in a very small town, and so that means I have to travel to do the mystery shops. I live 23 miles from Clay Center, Ks., 23 miles from Concordia, KS., 75 miles from Salina, KS., 60 miles from Manhattan, KS., I would need traveling expenses for doing the shops. I'm willing to travel quite a few miles to do the mystery shops as long as I get help for my traveling expenses.

My worst customer service experience was when I was checking out, the checker was making comments about how much money that I spent on a camera that I was purchasing among other rude comments. I couldn't believe, no comments like that should ever be mentioned to the customer. The checker is suppose to treat the customer with kindness and respect.
I really do love to shop, and I think that makes me a good candidate to work as a mystery shopper. I'm willing to do different types of mystery shopping. I think when you enjoy what you do, you're going to do a great job.

My best customer service expiriance was after my grand am was totaled the manager at speedway helped me through all the paperwork to get everything setteled knowing that I could not yet buy another car from them. My worst expirance was in the k-mart in elpaso I was waiting on some one to help me get a product out of the case and no one stoped to help me even though I was waiting by the register and trying to talk to the employees as they walked by they just kind of ignored me and went on there way so i walked out and have not been back sence.
I love geting good service but I am farly picky about it expecily when it comes to food my parents taught me the things I should expect from a sit down resturant and I have found that few servers give that kind of service any more and this is an opertunity for me to get my oppinion of the service out. As far as retail stores I am a good candidate because I have always loved to shop and sometimes I do get a wonderful sales person who is willing to go the exta mile to make shure I go home happy and satisfied but more often than not I tend to get those that dont really want to help me find what I need. As I said before this as well would be an opertunity to express my honest oppinion about the kind of service i receaved.
