Best/Worst Customer Service:
The best experience I had pertaining to customer service was in a privately
owned clothing and specialty store. I had just had my daughter about two
months prior so I was going to treat myself to a shopping spree to celebrate
being back to my normal size. The employees there were wonderful. They took
care of my daughter while I shopped and were extremely attentive to my needs
and concerns. I was pampered in every aspect they bought me lunch and I never
had to do anything. They brought me a variety of clothes and jewelry to try
on. The overall experience was very memorable. I am still a valued customer at
that store and my daughter is now 8 years old.
Candidates qualities:
I am a good candidate because I have exceptional people skills and I am very
well spoken. I am also not afraid to ask questions and obtain the needed
answers. I am a dependable and high energy person. I feel I would do very well
at being a mystery shopper for any type of company.

Best/Worst Customer Service:
I worked for a consumer review company for a very short time. My job was to
call individuals who lived in the surrounding area, and give surveys via
telephone. The surveys generally contained questions about customer
satisfaction, and frequency of shopping. I remember having to call a house on
a Sunday afternoon. The gentlemen that answered was extremely rude, and said
terrible things about me. I was just doing my job. I decided very quickly that
doing phone surveys definately wasn't the job for me.
Candidates qualities:
As I mentioned before I do have previous experience with consumer reviews. I
also have a lot of customer service experience. I've worked at grocery stores,
movie theatres, and fast food restaurants. I also love to shop, and eat out.
I'm always looking for new experiences.

Best I recently had lunch at a casual seafood restaurant. The atmosphere was, neat, clean, light and airy with many floor to ceiling windows overlooking the river. Our server was efficient but pleasantly conversational. The sandwich combo she recommended was fantastic. The ample portions of fried fish were moist, flaky and flavorful with no greasy taste or feel to the coating. The onion rings were likewise. The coleslaw was fresh, tangy and well seasoned. Great meal! Worst My worst customer service experience was at a chain family restaurant. Our server was completely pre-occupied with romancing another customer. Preliminaries, ordering, delivery of drinks, etc were secondary to the mating ritual. We watched our entrees sit under the lights for 13 minutes as our server continued to flirt. We had to get the manager to get our food.
Last year I completed a 32 year career in State Government occupying mid-management level positions that centered around budgeting, finance, HR management, IT, purchasing. In addition, I have moonlighted in both retail sales and food service at various times in my college and professional career. I know customer service from both ends. While I live in Frankfort, Ky. I travel to Richmond and Louisville 1-2 times per week. So I can generally accept assignments within 20 miles of I-64 between Louisville and Lexington and I-75 between Lexington and Richmond, depending on the task and compensation. Finally, being retired gives me round the clock availability

I am sorry, I mystery shopped for a company 2 years ago, but I can't remember the name. I shopped restaurants.
I went to my local bank recently to close out my lock box. The customer service rep. was extremely nice. She apologized for taking so long with the customer before me. She was very cooperative with my requests. i have a 2 year old whom was with me, and she involved her in the transaction too. To me that was a great experience.
I am a stay-at-home mom who can shop a variety of places. I have been in customer service for years therefore I know what to look for in someone working with the public. Even though I can't remember the name of the company I worked for, I did several restaurant shops, and enjoyed it. I had to give it up for awhile due to having a baby.

My best customer experiences are the times when I am unable to locate a specific product in a retail establishment and not only are there employees nearby to help, but they actually help me find what I'm looking for instead of pawning me off on someone else. Bonus points if they don't have the product but direct me to another store that might.
I am discreet, honest, thorough and have a good memory.
I can shop any city in the surrounding area of Louisville, KY. Cities that I visit everyday are Clarksville, IN, Jeffersonville, IN, and New Albany, IN, but I am willing to go to any city that is within driving distance.
I would say that my worst customer service expierence would be a visit that I made to Cracker Barrell. During this visit I was with a group of about 6 people. After waiting a good amount of time to be seated, we ordered drinks. We did not receive them for about 10 minutes. When they finally came we imediately ordered our food. After 30 minutes of waiting for our food the waitress comes back to deliver food. When I did not recieve mine she told me that they had ran out of chicken and dumplings and that I could wait 45 minutes for them to cook some more. As disgusted as I was that she had waited til she was delivering everyone elses food to let me know I told her that I did not want to order anything else. When we were just about ready to go and pay the bill I decided to go and talk to a manager. When I found him I explained the situation and he said that he was sorry and walked away. That was it. I then went to the front of the store and told them that I wanted another manager. The lady told me that she was it. I then explained to her the situation and she deeply apologized and went and got me some chicken and dumplings and gave them to me free of charge.
I think that I would be a good candidate because I work in customer service everyday. I in a since shop every store that I go into because I notice things that they are doing correctly and things that they are not. I also know that even the little things matter when it comes to customer service so I would not leave anything out. I would be very complete in telling you the whole story.
