Worst customer experience: Double T Diner in Pasadena...ordered a hamburger
but a cheeseburger came (took a bite out of it), sent it back with the
waitress. She brought the same cheeseburger back, with my bite in it and
the cheese scraped off. Disgusting.
Best service: Nordstrom kids shoe department (Annapolis), can't get any
better! The customer service assistant greeted us, helped select a proper
shoe for my daughter and offered to hold our packages while we shopped some
more!
Candidates qualities:
I have worked in retail store since I was 18 years old. Most of these
stores had mystery shoppers vistit them from time to time. I know the
difference between ok customer service and outstanding customer service. I

My best customer sevice experience I have deal with is someone, who know
that knew there job and everybody in his area that could assist me if there
was a problem that need to be resolved. Worst customer service experience
when I order a meal and the person made a mistake, and put pickle on my
food. I return my meal for correction, they remove the pickles off the
sandwich infront of me, and gave it back, and I got mad and ask for my money
back.

assignment. I work do alot of evaluation at work and this is more of my

One of my worst customer service experiences was when I took my family to a popular restaurant chain that had just opened near our home. I had great experiences with another location near my work and had really talked it up to my family. Unfortunately, the service was very bad. The waitress made lots of excuses and complained about how disorganized the restaurant was and how all the cooks were in the back fighting and 2 had walked out. Our appetizers and drinks did not arrive. Three out of 4 dinners arrived and we still did not have drinks or utensils. The 4th meal never came, even after repeated promises by the waitress that it would be there shortly. The manager offered to throw in free desserts, but that didn't help my husband who never got is meal. I'm no longer allowed to pick the restaurant in our family. One of my good experiences involved a grocery store clerk who gave me recipe suggestions for items I had purchased and reviewed the coupons that came out of the machine and applied the applicable ones directly to my bill without me asking.
I am very alert and obervant. I am also very detailed oriented. I am pretty easy going, flexible and articulate. I also have relevant experience with interpreting and evaluating criteria. In my employment as a Quality Improvement nurse, I evaluate medical records documentation based on established criteria. I would think this experience would be applicable to evaluating criteria set up by companies to evalute customer service.
