Best/Worst Customer Service:
In my opinion, I think that Victoria's Secret has the best Customer Service.
They are very friendly and do not give you a difficult time when trying to
return an item. Sometimes, however, the sale associates (who are supposed to
be helping customers) can be rude and i have noticed some laughing at
customers who were purchasing lingerie. Stop & Shop has the worst Customer
Service because the young kids behind the counter often make mistakes and they
are anything but friendly.
Candidates qualities:
I think I am a good candidate as a Mystery Shopper because i am very
observant. I notice (and complain) about everything I do not like in a store,
whether it be dirty floors, messy shelves, or obnoxious sales associates.

Best/Worst Customer Service:
Once while dining at a local franchise restaurant, we had a waitor who was
late in coming back with drinks, did not visit the table often, and when we
asked to take the rest of our food home, my wife only received part of her
meal (she had eaten only part of her sandwich and only received the uneaten
portion and none of her fries). The waitor had thrown the rest out so we could
not get it back.
Candidates qualities:
I am very unbiased, though I truly believe the customer is always right. I
have been on both sides of the desk as customer and Customer Service Rep, so I
understand when some things happen, it is not the clerks fault or the fault of
the store, but may have been an unforseen circumstance (computer problems,
delivery problems, etc).

Best/Worst Customer Service:
I went into a restaraunt and had to wait twenty minutes just to get
acknowledged that we were there. Once the hostess noticed us we were then
seated. Our waitress took 15 minutes before she even made any eye contact with
us and then another twenty minutes before she proceeded to take our order.
Once our order was placed we waited 30 minutes for it to arrive. The meal
itself was nicely presented and delicious. The waitress never came back to our
table to see if everything was okay and then never asked us about ordering any
dessert. we then had to wait another fifteen minutes after we were all through
with our meal before she gave us our check.
Candidates qualities:
I love to shop and enjoy every aspect of quality assurance with any and every
product from household appliances to dining out.

Best/Worst Customer Service:
My best customer service experience was about one month ago. I was asked to go
to Florida to drive someone's car home to Massachusetts. While I was pulling
out of a gas station, I was hit by an on-coming car. The car I was driving was
absolutely destroyed. After all the hassle with the police, I took a taxi over
to Daytona Beach. The idea I had was to take a Greyhound south to Vero Beach
to stay at a friend's house until I could get a ride home from my parents. As
luck would have it, I just missed the bus, and the next bus wasn't going to be
until the following morning. The girl that was at the desk that evening went
really over and above. She helped me find a hotel room, made sure I got there
safely, and got my bus ticket for the next morning arranged. All with a smile
on her face and with total professionalism.
The WORST customer experience I had was in 1999. I had finally decided to buy
a little bit newer car. After about three weeks of looking around, I came
across what seemed like a nice car. So I decided to buy it.
The salesman I had was good. He was honest and he was fair with me. The rest
of the dealership was another story. The "finance manager" ended up getting me
a pretty crummy car loan, and then would not give me my copies of the
paperwork! When I picked the car up, it still needed a couple of things done
to it, so we made an appointemnt to fix them. Speciffically, the anti-lock
brakes. After I went to get the car, I found out they refused to fix it under
warranty as it was too expensive. I was not a happy camper to say the least.
The following morning, I returned, spoke to my salesman and he said they
should fix it and to see the owner. The owner was a very gruff, unpleasant
individual. I told him my problem, and he said he'd look into it. He was also
extremely rude to my father, who was along for the ride. A couple days later,
they said they'd fix the car. In doing so, they broke something else, which I
sqawked about and it was fixed. Then another part went. By this point, we were
getting tired of each other.
Candidates qualities:
I'm fair, easy to get along with and treat the people on the floor with
respect, because I was there too. I'm not the toughest customer in the world,
but not an "easy sell," which will give a salesman a chance to demonstrate
product knowledge and handling the customer well. I'm objective and will treat
each store I go to fairly and reasonably. I will tell you the good, bad and
indifferent, and, if asked, can make suggestions for improvements on either
service, store arrangement or selection.
