There is a customer that comes in quite a bit to the store I work at. He is
always in a good mood, and is always willing to stop and chat with me. After
a few conversations, he told my manager how hard of a worker I am, and how I
always seem to have a smile on my face. The manager liked this, and rewarded
me for it. This made me realize how hard work really does pay off.
Candidates qualities:
I have been working in customer service areas of 3 different stores ever
since I was 14. I know how to stay on task, to be responsible, to get my
work done on time, and neatly, to explain things in a way that others can
understand, and to be willing to take that one step farther if it makes the
customer happy.

My husband and I went to Best Buy to buy a TV. He had won $400 worth of
coupons with his job. We were looking at a $700 TV. When we got to the check
out line, I informed the clerk that we had the coupons. She rolled her eyes
and sighed and saig "What a pain they are to ring up". After several remarks
later, I asked to speak to her manager. He was very apologetic, and turned
the whole experience around.
Candidates qualities:
I love to shop. I have two teen age daughters that love to shop as well. It
would give us a good opportunity to spend extra time together and teach the
younger generation how to do it.

Best/Worst Customer Service:
My worst experience was actually on a mystery shop at a high end
steakhouse. It was near Valentines day and I had taken a female friend with
me. The friend was not a big steak eater so when the waitress came she
asked what she would recommend other than steak. The server said, you don't
like steak? My guest replied no, but I do like seafood. The server looked
at me and said, oh that's nice, you bring her to a steakhouse for Valentines
day and she doesn't even like steak. For the rest of the meal, the server
would not speak to me and talked only to my guest!

reliable and detailed. My reports always score at the high end of the
scale.

Burger King - Food was dry, and tasted bad. The floors and bathrooms were a
mess. It took over ten minutes to get our order taken even though the place
was not a all busy.
Candidates qualities:
I have worked in food service and I know what it takes to keep a restaurant
in good standing. I think secret shoppers are a great way to make sure the
business is properly kept. I would like to be a part of the team to make

My best customer service experience was with don pablos when the forgot to give me part of my order. I had gone there to pick up my luch on my break from work and they forgot to give me part of my order. I called them to let them know and ask if they would take it off the purchas because I had used a credit card. They ended up delivering it to me when this was not an option they provided normally and also gave me a gift card for 10 dollars.

yesterday i was wait for cashier to give me my drink .so, i can go and down sit down and for my sandwich to come out. the workers was talk me about to among themselves not in a good way but enough so i can hear them. finally my order was fill the cahier was to get me to speak her after the commit her and her friends say. i didn't to her for of time at eat there.

Best/Worst Customer Service
My worst customer service experience was with Qwest. They did not show up during the time they specified. It took me 4 different phone calls for them to finally have somebody set up a time the next day that they would come out. I told them I could not be home because I would be at work during that time and they said that was ok because the person wouldn't have to come into my apartment. At 9:30 the next morning, I got a call from the technician wondering why I wasn't home and why he couldn't get in. It was unbelievably horrible experience that resulted in me forfeiting other things that day and costing me nearly $50. All I got was an unsincere "sorry" from the company.

I am a good candidate because I have some experience as a Mystery Shopper and therefore I know what I am doing. I also absolutely love shopping and go every chance I get. I will give an honest opinion to all companies and I will do my best to meet their needs.
