The worse customer service experience I ever had, happened when I was looking for an apartment home.  I walked in and stood there for atleast 5 mins. (Which is a long time without any acknowledgement). The place was not busy and the girl was just standing there talking to her maintenance man.  She glanced my way but didn't even wave or mouth "I'll be right there".  She finally approached me and did not introduce herself or shake my hand, no smile either.  I proceeded to tell her what I was looking for and ask if she had any vacant units.  She ran through the information like she had something better to do.  She did not ask for my needs or even if I wanted to see a model. She handed me a brochure and basically pushed me out the door.  I was wearing jeans and a T-shirt with my hair up.  Maybe she didn't think I was serious but you never should judge a book by its cover.  She lost a rental.

Candidates qualities:

I have been in the customer service industry for a long time.  I am a consumer myself and I expect a certain standard of treatment.  When I do business I treat others the way I feel I should be treated.  I am very detailed and organized.  I feel that I would be a great candidate to become a mystery shopper because I have that customer service experience and I know what to look for.

and caring real estate agent.

I am a detail person who enjoys doing research and compiling reports.  I am computer-literate. I feel great appreciation for people in the service industry who show exemplary performance.  I also am very sensitive to those who provide poor service and are rude.
IMPORTANT: Nevada law prohibits mystery shopping on the part of independent contractors.  The shopper must be licensed as a private investigator or be employed by such a firm. Consequently, I can only accept assignments from a scheduling company who is partnered with a licensed private investigation firm.

The purchase of my new car was a great experience. We received excellent service from the beginning of the selling process to the final purchase of the car. They treated us like a valued customer. The sales person was very attentive and made sure we got lots of attention. We paid the price we wanted to pay, kept our payments where we wanted them to be and drove away "Happy Campers".

Customer service is where the sale starts. I appreciate good customer service when I shop for myself. It makes me feel much better about my purchase when I received good service. It's great when you can get your questions answered. The stores I have shopped and not received good customer service, usually are not stores I will return to unless their are no other options for the item I want to buy. By truthfully rating or evaluating a employee, it is a way to help the store become a better customer service provider. It is a way to help people develop their weakness and improve their self esteem. If you know what you need to improve upon you will become a better student of your business. The more knowledge you know the better service you will provide and the more you will be valued by your employer.

I was at McDonald's and one of the cashiers refused to redeem a coupon for a free ice cream. She said there were too many "paying customers" in line for her to want to waste her time getting me something for free.
