My best customer service had to be at a local food chain. The dinner I
ordered was only half right and when I said something to the waiter my meal
was not only fixed but also the cook took time to come and appologize for
the mistake before I left I was offered a free dinner on the house although
I did not take it. I left with the feeling that they cared about their
customers and were willing to prove it.
My worst ever was at a local grocery store. After buying a bag of sugar
along with about $300.00 dollars worth of grocery's I noticed that the sugar
had magots in it. I packed it back up and drove to the store to return the
sugar. The customer service was horrible after I told them what happened
they insisted that the magots came from somewhere else possibly from my
home. I showed them a reciept that I just bought the sugar and they still
accused me of tampering with the sugar. Needless to say I never even got a
refund or an appology so I no longer shop there I take my business down the
road to a much more apprieciative company.
Candidates qualities:
With four kids I do alot of shopping and dining among other things for the
kids. Im very detail oriented and think that there are alot of places that
could use some feed back just in my local area never mind out side of my
area. Ive worked in retail along with hospitality my whole life. With such a
large family its hard for me to work because of my husbands hours this would
be perfect because I do all sorts of shopping throughout the week. If im
going to be there why not report the good and the bad. I would be able to
work and still be here for my family. Because of my family making a
difference in the places we go every week and the future places we will go
is very imporntant to me.

One of my most recent bad experiences was a large retail store. I went there
to put some money on my lay-away.
I got to the desk and there was already a woman there waiting, and she told
me that they were going to page someone.
In between the approximate 7 minutes that I waited there, at least 5 to 7
other employees, obviously not assigned to lay-away, either walked past us
or else asked us if someone was helping us. Finally another employee came
and paged someone for us.
Candidates qualities:
I believe I would make a great candidate based on my ability to shop and pay
attention to detail. In my work industry, i am accustomed to deadlines and
have no problems meeting them. I am able to evaluate customer service and
report details about my experiences.

THE WORST WAS WHIN I WAS AT MARSALLS IN CONCORD NH AND WENT INTO THE FITTING ROOM AND FOUND A SHOE FILLED WITH URINE. YES URINE! I WENT AND TOULD THE GIRL AT THE DESK. WHEN I GAVE IT TO HER SHE WAS VERY NICE. SHE WAS VERY UPSET THAT A PERSON COULD DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT. WHEN I WAS DONE IN THE FITTING ROOM I WENT OVER TO SHOES SO I COULD GET MY DAUGHTER NEW ONES I SAW THE SAME LADDY FROM THE DESK PUTTING THE SAME PAIR OF SHOES BACK ON THE SHELF. WHEN I COMFRONTED HER SHE TOULD ME THAT SHE HAD NO IDEA OF WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER ON DUTY SHE SAID YOU ARE SPEAKING TO HER! I DO NOT SHOP ANYMORE AT ANY MARSALL STORES DUE TO THIS BIG PROBLEM.

I THINK I WOULD BE GREAT AT THE JOB DUE TO LOVING TO SHOPPE. WHEN I GO SHOPPING I ALWAYS CKECK HOW THINGS ARE PLACE ,NEATNESS, AND SEEING IF SOMEONE WILL APPROCE ME TO SEE IF I NEED ANY HELP. WHEN SOMETHING GOOD HAPPENS YOU REMEMBER FOR EVER. THIS WOULD ALSO BE GREAT SO I CAN SPEND MORE TIME DOING WHAT I LOVE TO DO . SHOPPE!

Best/Worst Customer Service
My husband and I were enjoying our first anniversary at a local restaurant, A.J.'s Steakhouse. We were greeted promptly at the door, seated and invited to enjoy the complimentary salad bar. The wait staff were all friendly and helpful. Our glasses were kept full, our food was hot, and the dessert was delicious. We will definately return to the restaurant.
