Best/Worst Customer Service:
My best customer service experience would have to be at a restaurant I visited
with a friend. We were greeted at the door by the hostess, who seated us
promptly. Our server then came over about 30 seconds later and welcomed us
and took our drink orders. Our drinks arrived in about 2 minutes and we were
ready to order. Our appetizers came out hot and fresh, and were taken away as
soon as we were done. Our entrees came out 18 minutes after we placed our
order and was a nice presentation of food and was also very hot. Our server
refilled our drinks as needed so that we never had to ask for more. Our
experience was pleasant and was accompanied by a 20% tip.

Best/Worst Customer Service:
The best customer service experience that comes to mind happened many many
years ago.
I had five children at the time and took them all grocery shopping with me.
Needless to say, we used two carts when shopping. It was always a hassle to
check out, load the carts and then load the car. One particular time I forgot
two bags of groceries. Before I even noticed they were missing my doorbell
rang. It was one of the clerks from the grocery store delivering the two bags
I had forgotten. Apparently, they got my address off of the check I had
written and instead of calling me to come back and pick up the bags, they
delivered them to me.
The thought of loading the five children back in the car to get the two bags
of groceries was not pleasant. I really appreciated the delivery gesture.
The store was in the midwest and was a Kroger Food Store. I am not certain
they are still in business under that name any more.
Candidates qualities:
I would make a good mystery shopper because I am observant and relatively
articulate. I am also a self-starter so I would be able to get the job done.

Best/Worst Customer Service:
The best customer service experience was when someone spoke to the store
manager to tell him how nice I was with them and how fast I resolved their
conflic.
Candidates qualities:
I have experience working with people and taking to people. I am an outgoing
person. I enjoy seeing new things and visiting different places.

I was in Blockbuster recently. When I entered the store I was greeted by workers immediately. After picking out a video I went to check out and asked about another video. The worker said just a minute. He went to the back of then store and got the video for me and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. Very cheerful.
I shop every day. When I go to a store where I have bad service I make sure I tell other people my experieience so they know whwat to expect when they visit that store as well.
Deptford, Glassboro, West Deptford, Clementon, voorhees
The one experience that really has stuck with me unfortunatly is a bad one. I had my family out to dinner and our waiter was so bad that we actually had to get our own refills on beverages. When confronted about the situation, the manager simply replied " Well your legs are'nt broken are they?" needless to say we contacted the main office for this particluar establishment. Since that time those individuals have been fired and we have enjoyed the best service.
For over 10 years I was a manager in fast food. Working my way from shift manager up to general manager. I know what good customer service is. I am also familiar with how the mystery shopper program works being that we had one whom reported to us about our service in the restaurant.
Princeton,Princeton Jct, EAst Windsor, Hightstow, Hamilton, Lawrenceville, Edison, Woodbridge, Wast Brunswick, North Brunswick.
I shopped for www.Sulekha.com(their client Western Union). It was a movie audit, with specific reqirements on advertising.
I have never experienced worst customer service, I guess i have been lucky all the times. I do recollect a not so very good customer service once about couple of years back. We wre dining out in Olive Garden. I had a new born baby at that time. The hostess asked us for drinks, we opted not to. She did not like that. So she asked for the food to be ordered. We ordered the food and she brought the check with our order. I was like What!!!! Never asked for desert, not even came to ask how was the food. But we still Tipped her!!!
I can be a good mystery shopper because I have very good communication skills, I am dependable,I provide accuracy based on Facts and have an eye for detail. I am silver certified from MSPA which means I have formal training for performing mystery shopping. I am a Mom and a wife, have always shopped for myself and my family and I can se when someone is doing a good nob or not.
Freehold, Toms River,Howell, Eatontown, Shrewsbury,Middletown,
It would be at a resturant called chillies, we waited for 1hr to be seated and then we waited for a half hour someone to take our order. then our food arrived and the silverware was dirty and my drink was in a glass that looked like it was not washed. it had crusted food inside the glass so we got the manager and she said that this could happen anywhere, she did not say we would take care of it she said that she would get me another drink. and would bring us clean silverware , we were so grossed out by the things that were dirty that we got up and left. I never would go back to that resturant again.
Because I have excellent customer service skills, and I know what I would want as a customer and as a customer service representative I know how the customer should be treated.
My worst experience was at six flags when it was a rainy day and the person who was supposed to be at the ride entrance giving out the 3D glasses and counting the people. Instead of being there she was outside somewhere and then we went into the theatre with the glasses because we needed them and the lady came back in and was screaming how dare you take them, you are supposed to wait for someone. She went back outside and screamed at the next person. That was the worst attendent I have ever met.
I would be a great shopper especially in entertainment things because I love to shop and I love the mall and love the movies and amusement parks. I love talking to people and like to give my feedback. Also, I always fill out those customer surveys that are at the tables, etc and I would like to be paid for them.

I was shopping at a store once, a quite expensive store. Not only was the sales girl extremely rude, but when I was done signing my credit card receipt she snatched the pen out of my hand!
All I do is shop and eat out! I am a young, independent girl who loves to shop and eat. No store or restaurant would ever suspect that I was a mystery shopper, I blend in too well! I think that because I always shop and eat I will be able to receive true reactions from people who work in stores/restaurants. What I mean by this is that they will probably not suspect that I am a mystery shopper.
Jersey City
The worst customer service experience I had was when I went to the movie theaters in my local mall. I asked the employee at the ticket booth for information on a yearly program for movie fans. The employee just rolled her eyes at me. The best customer service experience I had was when I went to a vision shop. The employee asked me how I was doing, and the waiting time for the optometrist was short.
I am a good candidate because I shop at the mall every weekend. I see movies and shop for music, clothes, books, and other things. I am very responsible, confident, respectful, and hardworking person.
