Recently it would be last night. We ordered a pizza from a local franchise at 6:30pm. Pizza arrived at 9pm. The order was incorrect and incomplete. I called the establishment. The manager then belittled me and the only recourse offered was to wait another hour to recieve the order. I refused and she became extremely rude and attempted to explain to me the process of making a pizza. I then asked for the district managers name and telephone number. She refused to give it to me, still explaining how a pizza is made. After a few monutes of this, she hung up on me, as I was repeating the request for the tel #. I went online, got the customer service number and put in a complaint there.
