people to come home to a clean home. I make sure my customers are always
pleased. My customers are grateful and that is worth it all.

I love to shop! With teens in the house it is a must to go to the malls
often. I would love to make that worthwhile. I would love to give it a try
and my very best. When I start something I stick to it. Im a honest,

My best experience would be when I went to J.C. Penny's as soon as we walked
through the door a young brown haired lady greeted us with a big smile and
asked of there was any thing she could help us with.So we let her know what we
where looking fo rand she help us through the whole thing and we found the
perfect gift. She checked us out with no mistakes and she was wonderful.It
took aprox. 15 for eveything.

I was recently shopping a retail candle store. When I entered the store I was
promptly greeted and offered assistance. I found a tart burner I really liked
but unfortunately it had a chip in it. The sales associate offered to go in
the back room and look for another one. Within a couple of minutes the sales
associate came out with a burner that did not have any cracks and looked
perfect. She then offered to help me pick out various tarts to go with my
burner. Once I was finished with my shopping, the sales associate rang me up
and told me about upcoming sales. She then gave me some flyers and thanked me
for shopping there.

I am a good candidate for a Mystery Shopper because I pay close attention to
details. I love to interact with people and am very outgoing. I am very
dependable, have never been late or missed a shop. I understand how important
it is to fully understand the shop instructions, and always read all the
information before performing a shop.

My worst customer service experience was at Outback Steakhouse in Greensboro.
After being told a wait for a table would be 45 min to an hour, we waited
almost 2 and 1/2 hours. We had obviously been overlooked on the wait list and
when I approached the manager I was treated horribly. Eventually another
customer within the restaurant told the manager that he had never seen anyone
in a managers position treat customers in that manner. The manager became so
irate and hostile that six waiting tables walked out. That was truley my worst
ever customer service experience.
Candidates qualities:
I have been on both ends of customer service and have exceptionalal high
standards in that area. Repeat business is a must for any business owner and I
feel that good customer service is the easiest way to ensure that repeat
business.

I recently had an experience at BJ's Club when I was unhappy that they only had one cashier on duty and it was the 8 item or less line only. The only other registers open were self check out which is difficult with a 1 and 3 year old child. I complained on the way out to the supervisor and wanted to know the policy on refunding membership fee if I continue to remain unhappy next time. I was very happy to hear that they have a 100% money back gaurantee and she also informed me that I can request when I come in to have an associate help with my shopping and check out when I first come in.
I am available immediatley since I work only as needed since I am a stay at home Mom. I am not afraid to ask questions or complain if necessary. I do a lot of shopping with my two children and for my husband. I have a wide range of cities near where I live.

My best shop that I have done was at a clothing store. I love to shop and buy new clothes. It made me open my eyes to see have to public works with the customers, gave me a better understanding of what they go through.
I am a honest person and I will tell you what I think, whether it is good or bad. I enjoy meeting new people and shopping at different stores. This makes me feel important giving feedback about my shopping trip in hopes this will help with customer service.

I think my best ever customer service experience has been recently. We are having an antique truck restored that my husband has had for years. We knew it would be expensive and I took it in to get an estimate. My husband works overseas 11 months a year so I don't feel really comfortable talking to a man about car parts and restoration. When I got there and we discussed the estimate he was extremely patient. He explained every charge in detail without having to be asked to do so. He also called the next day to discuss more options and give me an email address where I could go and get any information I needed while they restored the truck. Before I left to get the estimate, I had a list of questions in my head and while he was giving me the estimate he answered every one very professionally before I ever got the chance to answer.
I think I would be a good Mystery Shopper because I think I am fair and able to give an unbiased opinion of a business. We live in a town where I have no family so I would have no conflict with a business where friend or family member was employed. I'm a stay at home Mom so I do quite a bit of shopping and think I would enjoy a job as a Mystery Shopper.

Best: My husband and I went out to eat one evening and was not very pleaesed with the food when it arrived; however, our experience with the waitress was wonderful. Her personality and customer service was enough to make our visit worthwhile. Because of the service provided to us by this young lady, we have returned several times since then.
I am a very dependable person. I realize how mystery shoppers can help business's improve sales & servcie by providing honest feedback from the customers perspective so that they can learn how their customers feel doing business with them.

service was very poor. waitress was slow and i had to go find her several times for reorders and refills. rest. was dirty. mgr. would not come to table to talk to me. was told he was busy. had to call main office to get refund. bathrooms were dirty. toilets overflowing! parking lot full of trash. have never been back to that rest.
i worked for a fast food rest. as a mgr. so i have an idea what to look for.
