Best/Worst Customer Service:
I was shopping for a gift in a high-end jewellery store. After waiting for a
great amount of time to be served, I approached a sales clerk. The entire time
I had been in the store there were no other customers and 2 clerks. I asked if
she could help me to which she responded. "I am sorry you did not look like
you were going to purchase anything", to which i said I was until you just
spoke but not any longer and left the store. I wonder what made me look as
though I was not going to buy anything. Perhaps because I had my sweats on
just coming from the gym.
Candidates qualities:
As a former customer service manager I am aware that this is an important
issue to any company. If you receive good service you will recommend to
others. If you receive bad service you will pass this on to others also. I am
dedicated, organized, punctual and detail oriented. I am willing to try most
any shop at least once. I will ensure that I give my best to any job.

Best/Worst Customer Service:
Worst I went into a Gap Store and was in there for an hour and nobody came and
asked if I needed help, nobody even greeted me. I had to look for my own sizes
and when I couldn't find it I went to ask for help and the sales people
ignored me, when I went to the floor manager she asked one of the sales people
to help and the took 10 minutes to talk to their friend and then went to look
for my item. I ended up leaving, and the filed a complaint with their head
office.
Candidates qualities:
I would be a good candidate because of a few reason's first I love to talk to
people and see how they are and how they act. I have worked in retail and food
for over 9 years. I am 27 but I look like I'm 17 who would expect me as a
secret shopper. But why I think is the most important reason I would be good
at this job is because I am very attentive.

Best/Worst Customer Service:
My best cutomer service experience was with Sears. We had bought a power lift
chair for my mother-in-law who lived alone and literally couldn't do without
it and it wasn't working right. The saleman at Sears went out of his way to
get another chair delivered to her right away. It turned out that this one
also had a different problem and we called the salesman and he immediately
arranged to have the chair picked up and delivered a third one. This
experience has influenced us to make most of our major purchases at Sears. In
my opinion, the worst scenerio is having difficulty finding help or finding
someone who doesn't know anything and really doesn't care.
Candidates qualities:
I've always enjoyed shopping for the best 'deal', whether its for toys for the
grandchildren or a new vehicle for myself. I'm very much aware and critical
of the quality of service personnel as well as the general atmosphere (feel
good or not).
Hamilton, Dundas, Stoney Creek, Burlington
One of my worst customer service experiences took place about six months ago when I went through a McDonalds drive thru on my way home with two hungry and cranky children. They are very picky and only like the meals I had ordered for them. When I arrived home (after an 20 minute drive in heavy traffic), I realized that my entire order was wrong. I called the McDonalds that I had just visited and they told me that I could come up and exchange my order. I told them that was not possible at the present moment and they responded with "that's the best we can do." I explained that I thought I should receive a credit for use at a subsequent visit, they refused. I ended up spending the next 20 minutes making dinner for two very upset children.
Through my career as a social worker, I have developed excellent interpersonal, assessment and communication skills. I believe I am fair and capable of making an accurate assessment. I am active, personable and love to out, whether that involves shopping, sports or eating - it's all enjoyable to me.
Misssissauga, Oakville, Burlington
One of my best would be. I am a Mother of a son who playes Rep.Basketball and I do a lot of helping out on the team. So was asked to find team warm up pants, after looking in flyer and shopping around there is a store that isclose to us that was having a sale but wasnotopen until 5:00pm on this paticular day but thought I would try any way. So drove to the store and saw that it was closed, but there was someone outside. So went up to this person and said that I knew there was a sale on that day and wasthere any way I could go have a look. Well after much discussion the manager came out and asked what I waslooking for and I said 12 pairsof warm up pants. He welcomed me into the store and said that I was VIP and did I need any help. To make a long storey short I walked out of there with 12 pairs of pants and a very happy shopper.
I am very out going as I have been in Sales all my life, am a very young at heart and enjoy shopping and meeting new people.

I DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS ON A REGULAR BASIS, THE WORST WOULD BE WHEN YOU HAVE A IRATE CUSTOMER, AND THERE IS NOT ANY REASONING WITH THEM.
I HAVE BEEN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR MANY YEARS AND APPRECIATE HOW A CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TREAT, AND HOW I WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED. I SEE SO MANY PEOPLE IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AREA THAT SHOULD NOT BE IN THE INDUSTRY JUST BECAUSE OF THERE FIRST IMPRESSIONS, AND I WOULD BE INTERESTED IN THE EVALUATION OF OTHER PEOPLE.

My Best shopping experience has to be at American Eagle Outfitter stores. They had a nice variety of clothing at a reasonable price and while I shopped I found some cute tops and skirts. There staffs are very friendly and cheerful. My worse shopping experience was at Benetton clothing store, I can't stand it when I go shopping and can't get anyone to help me. If the store is busy, I understand, but if I'm the only one there and the salesclerks stand around talking to each other about what they did last weekend, it is not for a customers ears and is rude.
I always strive for continuous learning. I have excellent writing and oral communication skills in English and Cantonese. I have good memory, efficent job task planning and organizational skills. As well, I work well with others.
Hamilton, Toronto, Mississauga, Burlington, Oakville, Ancaster, Brampton
My worst customer service experience was in Walmart around Christmas time. There were too many people shopping and there were no sales staff available to answer questions. Also, it took about 30 minutes at the check out.
I have a great eye for detail and love to shop. I am also a people watcher - love to observe behaviours and interactions between people.

Mc Donalds restaurant at Bristol and HWY 10 aswell as Courtney Park and HWY 10. Burger king, KFC, Pizza hut, Denny's Boston Pizza, Subway and also the square one shopping mall is close to my house aswell. There are many restaurants there aswell
The best experience i ever had while working with customers was when this little boy came to me after i had served him and told me how good the food was and how i was the best server he had ever had. The worst experience i ever had was when a couple of drunk men came through drive thru one night and argued and causes a comotion in drive thru. by keeping a positive attitude i was able to keep control of the situation and did not have a really big problem.
TORONTO MISSISSAUGA BRAMPTON
The best experience was in a restaurant. My order was got mixed up with someone else' order. The staff were extreamly friendly and the company paid for my meal. The worst experience that I have had is a at a department store where I was looking for a heater in the month of May. They had the air conditioner out. I had explained to several associates of my need for a heater. The associates were very rude and not helpful.
I believe that I would be an excellent candidate for this position because I worked at Tim Hortons as Assistant Manager for three years. We strived for Customer Satisfaction. I handled customer complaints and I am aware of the expectations of consumers. I trained the new employees to provide excellent customer service. I am very analytical, responsible and hard working.
OSHAWA, PICKERING. TORONTO, NORTH YORK,
ONE TIME I WENT SHOPPING AT LA SENZA. I WAS GOING TO PURCHASE A FEW ITEMS. I AM THE TYPE OF SHOPPER THAT LIKES TO HAVE SOMEONE HELP ME BECAUSE I DO NOT LIKE TO LOOK. I STOOD UP IN TEH STORE WHICH IS NOT THAT BIN IN ORDER FOR SOMEONE TO APPROACH ME AND THE SALES GIRL CLOSEST TO ME DID NOT EVEN TEND TO ME. FINALLY ANOTHER SALES REP APPROACHED ME AND TENDED TO MY NEEDS. I HAD THE BEST SERVICE BECAUSE SHE GOT HAT I NEEDED SHE LOKED FOR STUFF FOR ME, SHE SUGGESTED ITEMS, EC.
I WOULD BE A GOOD MYSTERY SHOPPER BECAUSE i LIKE TO SHOP AND I KNOW WHAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SINCE I USED TO WORK IN RETAIL AS WELL. I AM VERY OBSERVANT, PAYING ATTENTION TO SUCH ACTIONS AS NON VERBAL CUES BY SALESPEOPLE, FAKENESS, CLEANLINESS, ETC
One day, I was in montreal Qc and went to a store downtown. As I entered, I saw that various customers were being helped, I figured that maybe because I was dressed in regular clothes, I wasn't going to be served. As I continued in the store, I don't believe that a sales staff helped me out until I approached one of them. I was also with my friend who was trying to make a purchase and two of the sales staff had a mini-argument as to whose customer and commision it would be. I was glad when I left the premises.
I would be a great Mystery Shopper for various reasons such as the fact that I myself have once been secretly - shopped, I have much retail and sales experience, I enjoy shopping and seeing as I am African American, there are times (and places), where people may not be as quit to serve me. I also am very friendly and would be an asset to any team when given a chance.
