My automobile was poorly repaired which resulted in severe engine damage. At
the end of the whole scene I had to get a lawyer to write a threatening letter
before I received any compensation or apology.
Candidates qualities:
My daily work consists of taking disabled and senior ladies around town to
complete their shopping and we only return to places who treat us well. My
previous employment considered customer service 1st priorityand I received an
award for "Exceding Customer Expectations" by having been "shopped" myself.

My best experience was being greeted right away, shown where the exact item
was, not just pointing but actually taking me there. The store was very well
organized and clean. I didn't have to wait in a long line which is especially
important with a 2 year old!

Poor customer service bothers me the most in restaurants. I have found hair or
egg shells in a few too many meals. The worst customer service I have
witnessed is when a friend ordered a vegetarian meal in a restaurant. She was
served an entree that had beef in it, which made her ill and the waiter
refused to take the meal off of her bill. He discounted a small percentage for
the mistake, but wouldn't take the charge off completely because she had eaten
a few bites of it before she realized that it contained beef.

Excellent Customer Service has always been important to me both in front of
and behind the counter. I look at mystery shopping as a way to assure good
customer service. When companies get negative feedback, it helps them to know
what to focus on in training their employees. Positive feedback is also
helpful because it will make those employees who already offer excellent
customer service to stand out among the rest. Additionally, I am extremely
detail oriented, a quick learner, and very reliable.

I shopped several years ago for a company based out of Portland, OR. To be really honest, I don't recall the exact name of the Company. However, when I decided not to continue Mystery Shopping, they said they liked my evaluations and asked if I would continue the shops on a lesser scale. I am now ready to persue this occupation again at full time scale if possible.
I sold Aflac Inusrace for a few years. During that process I took over an account that would not even see a Aflac Rep. The account had not been serviced properly for 3 years and didn't have a Rep call on them on a regular basis. They did not even call on them during open enrollment. After sometime of regular contact I was able to service the account. I particularly helped a gentlemen with a cancer claim for his mother who had passed away. They had not initially received the full benefit they should have received. Throughout a process of following up and contacting the right individuals and departments the client received an additional $9,000.00. They were extremely happy and remain a valued Aflac account today.
I understand the importance of customer service. Shoppers will return to a store or restaurant, etc. because they have received service to their level of expectation. People like to know they are valued and feel important. When you don't receive good service, you don't usually return to that establishment. I am honest and would fill out the evaluation with honesty. It is important that a business know what areas they may need to improve in. Also, it helps to develop their staff to be the best they can be. I think everybody should work to accomplish and achieve their goals. It becomes a win, win situation for everyone involved. If you are doing a good job you feel better about yourself. That would be my hope for everyone. Be the best you can be.

The greatest experience I had was when a sales associate went out of her way to call around to all other stores to find my daughter a pair of ballet slippers. She went out of her way and really made my day.Her store was out of ballet slippers, and my daughters dance program was about to begin.
I am available all hours, I also have kids so I can mix it up. I have done everything to health and beauty items to groceries for chain stores such as Wal-Mart, Winco,Target, Safeways, Albertsons, Rite-aids and etc.

The worst customer service I ever had was at a department store, when I couldn't find the outfit that my daughter wanted, the lady at the counter told me not to bother her unless I was ready to check out. I asked her to see the manager and she informed me that she was the manager. Well lets just say, I have not gone back to that store since. That was 5 years ago.
I feel that I would be a good Mystery Shopper because, I am a very picky person and I knw what kind of service I should expect from certain companies. I have done it once before, but I don't remember the name of the company and it was for an appartment complex. They liked my review and what I had to say about the way the manager treated me and how honest I was when it came to the way the complex looked.
