In the winter my husband and I went away for the weekend. I wanted to buy a certain type of soap at Fruits/Passion. The clerk welcomed me and I told her I was there to purchase a bottle of their soap. She convinced me to try a new scent, in which I did. But she kept going on the sales asked me if I cokked alot with onions and garlic, yes i do. I left their spending $30.00 instead of $14.00. The hand cream that gets rid of the vegetable scent works. That lady did a great job.

I love to shop and I think it is very helpful to the companies that hire mystery shoppers, they are improving their company in many ways to keep the customer happy. Sometimes you even find out that some staff are not suitable for working for that company. As a past employee of some retail business in Charlottetown, I know what a mystery shopper looks for and I have been mystery shopped at a company about 8 years ago and received a great report.
