Best/Worst Customer Service:
My worst one was at restaurant which was almost empty, for the first I had to
wait more than 15 minuites on line to be seated becuase the employees were
doing other stuff thant attending people arriving the restaurant.
When at last my order was taken they forgot about me at the table I was
without luck that day.

I do have knowlegde on what are things to look for that could make a company
have bad reputation on there customer service. I work for a hotel: Wyndham El
Conquistador & Golden door spa...and we are costumer orientative in the kind
of service people want to have. Also we learn to see this throught the comment
cards and the questions being asked etc. By the trainning the company gives
us.
Best/Worst Customer Service:
I went to a restaurant and order my food...while I waited I observed the
Cleanliness of the place...the employees...the treatment...and how well was
they organized...the time... It turned out to be... I waited for 45 min:...the
food they brought, was part hot and the rest cold. I am talking about the
chicken wings...(barbacue chicken winds and baked potatoes). I asked the
waitrees to get me the person in charge. She right away brought the
supervisor, I explained and he apolagized for the inconvienience and brough my
food hot and offer me coffee or somekind of sweets and stooded very atentive
for the rest of the time I spended in the rest:
I went Shopping for cloth in another store and while I was looking for
something to wear that night, the sales persons were laughing loud and not
paying any atention to the custumers and when ask to help with the item of
interest, they would take there time, ignoring custumers. Into there own
chating...and when they decided to take care of me the person did it in a bad
manner, face expretions were inapropiate, eye to eye contact with other
employees were negative. and the body talk was noticeble. I make my point to
them but the personel did not care. I can go on with lots of more happy and
bad experiences if you let me.
Candidates qualities:
I Know about customer services...and how recornized componies want the
customer services to be. How to look for details that could bring bad comment
to the companies. I am experience customer service. And also train by the
hotels industries on customer services. I am a very obsorved person... I am
always looking to help owners of companies what they would not find out by
there own employees on calling the owners or cooperates or by commenting.etc.

The best experience I have ever had was last week. I had to do a shop for a apparel store and it was wonderful. The way I was attended was tremendus and the thing was that it wasn't just me. This treatment was been given to all the customes at the store at the time. The experience as I said before was outstanding, plus, I got to do a Fathers Day shop at the same time.
I am a Mom of two, and a wife and a person who has been thruogh enough in all my life. With a sopper leke me you would get the best evaluations your company have ever seen. I follow orders but I will not give the company less than a 100%. Quality is a priority and as I give to my family the best I will eveualte for you no less than the best.
