Best/Worst Customer Service:

I was eating at Bertucci's with a friend, who had to work in 2 hours. Our server came out after 30 minutes and said that our food would be out shortly, which was fine. We waited an additional 20 minutes for our food. Meanwhile, the tables around us, who had been seated when we had our salads, were eating their dinners. After another 15 minutes, our meals were still not out. My friend asked to speak to the manager, who told us that he would expedite our food; he was also told that we needed to leave so my friend could get to work. After another 15 minutes, other orders were still coming out but not ours. We spoke to the manager again, who stated that he didn't know what else we wanted him to do, if we would be patient, our food would come out. At this point, we had to leave so my friend could get to work. The manager shrugged his shoulders and we left.

Candidates qualities:

I am a responsible, detail-oriented individual who has excellent written communication skills; I am a silver-certified member of MSPA. I also believe that mystery shopping is a valuable resource to provide insight into the consumer’s experience. Ultimately, it is the customer who determines whether a business is successful or not. Without customers, a business cannot exist. Therefore, it is critical to monitor the customer's experience to understand and improve. It is exciting to be part of such a system. I also worked as a server, so know the standards for service.

Best/Worst Customer Service

The worst experience I incured was at an upscale restaraunt. As the waiter was preparing to serve our drinks, he accidently spilled a tray of fruit drinks on my white pants. As he was apologizing, another member of our party screamed outload "You better be sorry!". I was mortified at her behavior. After all, it was an uncontrollable mistake. I have since frequented this restaraunt without incident.

Candidates qualities

I frequent the malls quite often. Shopping in stores with that extra customer service is very important to me. It determines what I buy, how I buy, and the overall experience of shopping. Some stores are dreadful to walk in. Employees attitude, style and customer service skills are the qualities I most look for when I am shopping.
