Best/Worst Customer Service:
When i entered this location I could see that there were two sales associates
on the floor. One was ironing a pink top and the other was assisting a
customer. I also noted that there were four customers other than myself.
Also there were several people browsing the racks set out in the mall
corridor. As I browsed I noticed that a third associate appeared but she was
busy with a person who appeared to be a fire inspector. While browsing I
noticed that only one customer was being served and the rest were ignored.
After five minutes I went to where the sales associate had been ironing, but
she had left. I located her at a window display where she had placed the
top. I showed her a top that I liked and asked if she had something similar
in my size. We walked towards the appropriate area and she presented me with
three different pink tops. I told her that I did not like pink and she was
going to give up, as apparently that was the only colour available. I then
noticed an item that I thought was suitable
or. She then suggested that I look at a shop called Suzanne's. I asked her
where it was located and she provided me with directions. At this point the
sales associate suggested that I come back another day as new stock arrived
daily

I recently had a customer ignore me and went onto the next customer behind me.
I would be a good Mystery shopper because I ejoy looking out for mistakes that people make when I am shopping. I have a lot of time to do shopping and enjoy being around other people. A lot of the times when a sales representative makes a mistake I usually tell them. I could use an extra income due to bill paymets. I hope you would consider me for your positon as a Mystery Shopper.

I will be brief. I entered a local book store to purchase a special edition book for my son. As I entered I noticed that i was the only customer and that the sole sales associate was reading at the cash area. I was not acknowledged, and even though I browsed for four minutes he paid not attention to me. The end result; I left and made my ppurchase with a competitor.
I do shops on a regular basis. I am adaptable in that I am able to change roles as required for specific shop requirements. I am always focused and pay attention to detail.
