One morning, at the last moment, I was asked to prepare a large display for
the local health fair While shopping in a department store, I was having
problems finding the items that I needed to complete the project I had a
deadline to meet and time was of the essence. I found a clerk who was very
freindly and explained the situation, and she took part of my list and helped
gather the 14 remaining items she also gave me some new ideas to help with the
project. She was very helpful and later, I did make sure that her supervisor
was aware of her helpfulness.

I feel that I have a good idea of what customers are looking for. I have a

One of my best customer experiences happened the other day at Cracker Barrell.
I was shopping for a birthday present for my husband with my two sons and baby
daughter. The store clerk greeted us at the door with a cheerful smile, helped
me with specific items I was looking for, set my items on the counter so that
I did not have to hold them, and helped me carry my purchases to my car. She
was frirndly and polite, but not overly so. Needless to say, I asked for the
manager the next day and told him what a pleasant shopping experince I'd had
thanks to her.
Candidates qualities:
I am well organized, detail oriented, and fair. I have been "shopped" many
times when I worked in retail and in restuarants so I am aware of the effects

Best/Worst Customer Service:
My worst experience ever was at a seafood buffet in Myrtle Beech. It was $15
for the buffet with a $10 off coupon. The staff lookd like they dreaded even
seeing a customer. My girlfriend and I were the only ones in the restaurant.
The food was cold and old and the wait staff never checked in on us. Our
drinks ran dry and the waitstaff and all other employees were in back so we
could not request there help. When I spoke with the management he was non
responsive and did not even offer an appology. He even gave a look of dread
and disgust when we presented our $10 off coupon. If I ever visit there again
I will not visit that establishment nor visit another that has zero customers.
Candidates qualities:
I am a good canidate as a mystery shopper for your company because I am very
observant to detail and have alot of experience in food service and customer
service. Also working as a scheduler in the past for a marketing research firm

and their company must meet.

Best/Worst Customer Service:
My best customer service experience occurred two weeks ago. A friend and I
dined at a greek restaurant. The service was great. The server was very
attentive and insured all of our needs were met. All staff was friendly and
worked as a team. Managment was visible. We were served within 20 minutes of
being seated and the food was hot and tasted good.
Candidates qualities:
I am a good candidate to be a mystery shopper because I am an objective person
who provides factual information. I am detailed oriented, I am observant, I
am an excellent role player, I communicate well and above all I am discreet.
I enjoy shopping and providing information to clients be it positive or
negative, so that the information can be used as training for negative reports
and serves as rewards for positive reports, which can reinforce positive
behavior.

My worst customer service experience occurred at a local hospital in 1993 while giving birth to my first child. My doctor was out of town so I had to be seen by the doctor on call. I knew this was a possibility and normally this would not have been a problem except that the doctor had a rude bedside manner. He simply told me that I was not in labor and he was going to send me home. Then he turned right around and handed me a prescription that was suppose to stop labor pains. Well, my thinking is if I am having labor pains badly enough to need a prescription then I must be in labor. I refuse to take the prescription and refuse to go home being that I lived one hour away and would be home alone which is a bad combination for someone in labor. He threw up his hands in disgust, mumbled some inaudible words under his breath, and exited the room. I was transferred to a different room and waited for my docter to arrive the next morning. When he arrived he announced that I was indeed in labor. I gave birth early that same evening.
I would be a good mystery shopper because I love to shop, I am outgoing enough to ask questions without seeming suspicious and I have a photographic memory to help me remember the traits I am looking for.
summerville, west ashley, charleston, walterboro, florence, lake city
i asked a lady in customer service if a dress came in my size she made a big deal of out it even asking my weight in front a few people. i was really embassed.
i shop almost everyday. i'm always noticing how the people who in the store treat the shoppers and such.
Savannah, GA Hilton Head Charleston
My best customer service experience was when I went into Staples before I worked there and was looking for a router for my dad. The electroics person told me all about the prodect and how they work. And helped me find the best one.
I love to shop. I am always paying myself something or something for other people. I am good at noticing small details.
I shop in the spartanburg sc locations.
Anderson, Columbia, Spartanburg, Gaffany, Myrtle Beach, and Charleston all in South Carolina. Atlanta Georgia
My husband and I went to a resturant for our anniversary. The hostess told us of the specials after we sat down. The waitress came over and told us of the specials for the day. We ordered and recieved our food. The waitress came over to ask how things were and then the manager did to. The food was really good and our waitress was continually refilling our glasses. Once we got done the waitress took our plates and offered dessert. We were so impressed with this young girl that we made it a point to let the manager know how wonderful our waitress was before we left.
I was a manager for a retail store and part of my job was to check on my employees. I would watch my employees on days off and would find someone to mystery shop them to make sure they were doing the five steps of sales. I am very responsible, friendly, courteous, and honest. I am a stay at home mom so my schedule is open for the most part.
