Best shopping experience:
Recently I went to the optometrist to get glasses.  The entire staff and especially the lady who helped me choose my new glasses were very patient and helpful.  The lady took every opportunity to make sure that my choice would be both functional and serve my purposes well.  I was very impressed.

Worst shopping experience:
I had a lunch date at a nice restaurant recently, the experience was terrible.  The hostess was not very helpful, and the waitress apparently did not want to be there.  Long waiting periods for water, menu’s, and order were inexcusable due to the lack of other tables that my waitress had.  My bill was delivered without so much as a thank you.
