My best customer sevice experience was shopping at Walmart in Mount Vernon, Washington. The gentleman that I aproached for help was very friendly and smiled right away. He paid close attention to my questions and went out of his way to take me to the proper section and product that I was asking about. Before he left he asked if there was anything else that I needed and that he hoped I had a great day.
I am a good candidate as a mystery shopper because I am a people person. I am very outgoing and can talk to anyone. I am a very intelligent woman and can learn very quickly. I will be able to complete the reports to their satisfaction. I feel I would be an asset to any company.

As the Operations Director for my last employer I controlled more than 400 shops and 1000-plus employees. I regularly mystery shopped my own shops without the knowledge of my employees and staff. I recorded the positive and negative points and reviewed each visit with my management team to include quarterly roll-ups.
I have had thousands of customer service experiences in both directions. A positive experience for me is one where the shop is clean and merchandised, the product is organized, signed and priced and the staff are attentive and positive. I appreciate suggestive add-on selling and a strong close. I dislike robotics and staff who lack customer service and product knowledge skills.
