The purpose of the Mystery

shoppers and companies in need of Mystery shoppers to meet. Companies or
individuals who wish to use information found in the

permission to use information about the listing or advertisement. The individual
responsible for providing the listing or advertisement in the

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL VIRTUAL MEDIA WORKS, OR
ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY
DAMAGES OTHER THAN DIRECT DAMAGES. THIS PROVISION INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, AND INDIRECT OR SIMILAR
DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE ARE ADVISED BEFOREHAND OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
YOU AGREE THAT THE LIABILITY OF VIRTUAL MEDIA WORKS,
AND ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS AND LICENSORS, IF ANY, ARISING OUT OF ANY KIND OF
LEGAL CLAIM IN ANY WAY CONNECTED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU
PAID TO VIRTUAL MEDIA WORKS FOR THE USE OF THE
SERVICES.
