Agreement between Virtual Media Works Inc. (VMW) and MysteryShopper. VMW provides a service to companies searching for Mystery Shoppers. VMW does not expressly warrant that listing in the Mystery Shoppers Database will result in employments or a contractual agreement.

1) VMW publishes the SHOPPERS name in the VMW Mystery Shopper Directory. All names (including your references) appearing in this directory are made available to parties in search of Mystery Shoppers. Mystery Shopper may be contacted by companies contracting with Virtual Media Works for the purchase of this database.

2) Mystery Shopper is an independent contractor and is responsible for the conduct of his/her assignment and/or business in compliance with all applicable laws. The shopper has NO contractual obligation with Virtual Media Works. Virtual Media Works has no contractual obligation with the shopper.

3) Shopper certifies that all information provided in the application form is true and accurate.

4) Virtual Media Works offers the placement of the Shopper's listing in the database at NO CHARGE. The listings are the property of VMW at all times, and any republication, copying, or editing will be construed as copyright infringements.

5) The Shopper agrees to maintain the listing in the VMW Directory unless WRITTEN instructions are supplied to Virtual Media Works to remove said listing.

6) By entering your name in the VMW Directory of Mystery Shoppers, the applicant understands that their name and the names of their references WILL APPEAR ONLINE . Individuals performing searches via search engines or searching the database will have access to this information. VMW does not take responsibility for individuals using this information inappropriately. Our service simply offers information. The applicant assumes all responsibility and risks associated by placing their personal information "online".
