Established in 2000, XXXXX is a Manufactures' Representative Company representing a select and limited group of high quality QS and ISO certified OEM companies. The product focus is toward special metal components that includes castings, cold-formed components, screw machined components, precision metal stampings, springs, wire forms and value added assemblies sold to OEM companies in the Northeast.   

The primary mission of this agency is to target, develop and win new business opportunities that satisfy the principals’ corporate sales objectives. This mission is accomplished through limiting the number of principals represented, and investing in team spirited working relationships with the principal and the customer to develop business. The agency will successfully achieve its mission by upholding to the following core values established for the agency:

•Limit number of principals represented to provide a more focused and productive selling effort for our principals.
•Invest the necessary time and resources to develop a strong knowledge of the principals manufacturing capabilities, and  services. This will further enable a maximum selling effort to key and key targeted customers.
•Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the opportunities that exist within the key customer base. Understand customer needs and their expectations of the principal.
•Effectively communicate opportunities and customer needs to the key contacts within represented principals.
•Provide appropriate follow up to insure positive results.

Managing the Sales Effort -

The company will effectively manage the selling effort by practicing the core values stated above and by representing those principals who open doors of opportunity to each other.  The majority of the selling effort will be focused on developing key customer relationships where potential business opportunities satisfy the principal's sales objectives. The representation values the 80/20 Principal Rule of Selling and will invest the majority of its sales effort to establish and grow a solid base of profitable Key Accounts.

XXXXX offers over 20 years experience in selling special metal components that includes engineered cold-headed/formed fasteners,  metal stampings, screw machine components, castings, roll formed parts, fine blanked components, injection molded parts and value added assemblies in the Northeast (  Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and New England) where representation has established customer relationships with major companies in the automotive, transportation, mining, recreation vehicle,  hand tools, business equipment, medical and electronics market places.
