XXXXX is a business consultant for manufacturers and rep firms. An ACT
Database for the manufacturer or Rep Firm is designed, compiled and maintained.
Cold and prospecting calls are made. Internet Research for leads is done prior
to prospecting. Telephone calls are made to engineers and buying decision
makers. I primarily represent manufacturers who are ISO, TSA, AS and QS
certified.
Once the buyer or decision maker has been contacted, I email a line card and
place the account on follow up and request prints. I also schedule appointments,
convert prints, call show leads, have constant communication between the
customer, manufacturer and manufacturer's representative. Updated emails are
sent to sales managers, customers and reps. I track orders, type letters, send
faxes, update the database on every last entry, follow up on quotes. This is all
done from my home office. When the reps are on the road, I am here to provide
database account information !
.Over the telephone I have closed accounts from small to $500 million within the
commercial and Military sectors. The Story of a Successful Company is a Great
Customer. Benefits to my work include: repetitive business, a well informed rep,
manufacturer and customer.
Communication, Integrity and follow through has made Direct Concepts and the
manufacturers reps who I represent, very successful and the customer very
informed. My goal is to sign another manufacturer or manufacturers rep in a
different field other than forgings, castings, fabrications, saw cutting and/or
printed circuit boards. The benefits: time management, organization, customer

satisfaction. All of this equates to higher sales figures and success.
