My present work requires a detailed assessment and evaluation of my customers' needs and demographics, followed by design work and adaptation, followed by detailed order entry (as every order is custom).  Once orders are placed, I follow-up with both customers and suppliers, as there are very clear delivery deadlines.  Product evaluation and planning for reorders follows, and then we start the process all over again.
