I've over 13 years experience selling hardware scanners to cities, utilities, municipalities, reading
OCR on bill payment stubs. The equipment doesn't require software and will work in any application. The
client will need a scan line on their bill in OCR A, OCR B or barcode font in order to read. Once I talk
with a client, I will get a sample of their bill to make sure they have the correct font. The scanner needs
to be programmed or it won't work, so I always write a program for the client in order for it to work. The
program can be written in notepad and downloaded, so all support can be handled over the phone. OCR Readers keep data entry clerks off the keyboard, reduces data entry errors, saves time and money, and helps stop Carpal Tunnel. Customer support is the biggest strength of this company.
