RCAI’s flagship product is ALDEROX® ASA-12®. ASA-12® is a completely non-hazardous, 100% biodegradable blend of various all-natural materials that creates a thin film on the surfaces of metal, allowing asphalt to slide easily from truck beds. ASA-12® is unique in the industry in that it is a Ready-to-Use product that requires zero dilution, is 100% biodegradable, non-hazardous and has recorded zero negative impacts to asphalt or equipment.

ASA-12® is effective on all types of asphalt, including the most difficult (sticky) blends such as; SuperPave, PG (Performance Grade), SMA (Stone Mastic Asphalt), SBS (Styrene Butadiene Styrene), SBA (Styrene Butadiene Amene), Novachip and OGFC (Open-graded Friction Course).

Unlike other release agents, ASA-12® is able to deliver multiple truckloads (up to 3 additional truckloads) without re-application. Furthermore, ASA-12® removes residue left by previously used inferior release agents.

Other lines of ALDEROX® products include; ALDEROX® Pave Blend, which prevents asphalt from sticking to paving equipment surfaces, ALDEROX® TSR®, which prevents adhesion of mud, lime and clay from the undercarriages of mining vehicles, ALDEROX® DCR®, which prevents asphalt from sticking to drag chains and slats at the asphalt plant and ALDEROX® KR-7®, which is a concrete form oil and mold release agent.

With the recent introduction of easy-to-use application systems for ALDEROX® ASA-12®, DCR® and PaverBlend, the products will have a noticeable improvement in ease-of-use versus other products, improving productivity and the buyer’s bottom line.
