FyreWerks manufactures a patent pending fire rated door core that is used in the manufacturing of fire rated 20, 45 and 60 minute wood fire doors. Our product is ideal for companies that already manufacture rated doors or companies that would like to be able to offer a rated fire door. Our customers use our certification and listing with Warnock Hersey to build their doors using our system. This eliminates the need for them to conduct any testing on their own and allows them to immediately get into the fire rated door market with absolutely no risk. Our core products are easily machined with standard woodworking equipment and they are easily bonded to the door skin using standard wood glues. We have made it very easy for any mill work company or door manufacturer to get into the fire rated door market and we are actively seeking reps to represent this product to mill shops and door manufacturers throughout the United States and Canada.
