While we take great pride in our manufacturing operation, we are a sales driven operation and we support our sales personnel to the limit. LPI pays our agents within 10 days of all invoice payment. LPI offers outstanding mold/mildew/fungus resistant wall coatings for interior/exterior use in a variety of industries ( health, food, pharmaceutical, hotel ). Resco, Inc. has been in business since 1976 performing specialized industrial cleaning services across the Southeastern U.S., primarily for the pulp & paper industry. All of the major paper manufacturers are represented in our customer base. Occasionally, we also work industrial tank cleaning projects in various oil terminal locations.

In addition to cleaning storage tanks, our services include pit and lagoon cleanouts, black liquor pond dredging and closure, and various other specialties; such as soap recovery and transport.
