The Effortless Stretching Strap is new and unique as it is hands free for all lower body stretches.  The advantage of being hands free is the elimination of undue stress to the neck and back you get with other straps that require leaning and pulling forward.  This strap is particularly good for over weight and older persons as well as physical therapy patients and athletes as well.  The strap is made from polypropylene webbing which does not give, therefore it is NOT and elastic band to be confused with others.  It is light weight and can be carried any where in a brief case or purse.  It contains no metal pieces so it will not set off airport alarms. The strap comes with a professionally made Instructional Booklet and is reasonably priced.
