JJ Partners Inc. based in Grass Valley, California where Joist Jackets were invented and tested marketed. The primary focus of the company is to manufacture and successfully market Joist Jackets, Ledger Jackets and other to-be-developed building industry products.

Manufacturing capacity is virtually unlimited within the four (4) plants in the U.S. currently set-up to produce Joist Jacket product, two (2) in California and one (1) each in Kentucky and Maryland. This multi-location manufacturing strategy reduces in-bound logistic expense.
