AHSP, Inc. is seeking independent medical sales representatives for all territories in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico to sell our two innovative and FDA approved products, NeedleZap and NeedleZap Dental. Both products were designed in response to OSHA’s Bloodborne Pathogen Standards and the resulting Needlestick Safety and Prevention Act, which require employers to evaluate and implement engineering controls to safeguard employees from needlestick injuries.

Approximately 80% of physicians, and virtually all dentists, have rejected safety syringes as an acceptable solution and remain non-compliant. These practices are at-risk for large OSHA fines and legal liability for negligence. NeedleZap is a timely and effective solution for this market necessity. Safety syringes have not been accepted due to their high recurring cost and more difficult use. NeedleZap eliminates these barriers to lawful compliance because it is easy to use, has no effect on procedure, device or patient and ultimately saves customers money by eliminating the need for expensive safety syringes, sharps containers and sharps disposal.

NeedleZap and NeedleZap Dental provide excellent opportunity for sales representatives as well. Unlike many other products, NeedleZapā does not require a replacement of an existing solution, but fills a market void. Our product competes with alternative solutions that have been rejected by the marketplace for several years. Virtually all dentists and the majority of physicians will need NeedleZap. Additionally, those physicians that have already adopted safety syringes into their practices have often done so reluctantly and can be converted to NeedleZap. Our field trials show that a 75% closing ratio is possible with a determined and focused effort.
