Independent Sales Agent (ISA) Position Description

Business Opportunities
Opportunity for motivated, self-starting professionals to join the team at iComProducts International as an Independent Sales Agent.  iComProducts is the US and Canadian distributor for iXware International, a leading provider of Unified Messaging Solutions and a Global Xerox Alliance Partner.

Our independent agents enjoy the opportunity to use their entrepreneurial drive and creativity to run the company’s sales business in their assigned territories. To qualify you must have a minimum of 5 years outside selling experience and a demonstrated sales track selling enterprise type software solutions in the SMB space preferably in the industries listed below.  This position is compensated on a commission basis only.   We prefer that Agent has office(s) in designated territory and is either a Corporation or LLC.  To help ensure your success, iCom provides:

- Product training via phone and web;
- Pre and post sales support, i.e. technical, proposal, sales, etc.
- Support from the OEM, iXware, if required;
- Current installed base and case studies;
- Lead generation activities.

Aggressive commissions to 25% of gross margin on software and additional on maintenance contracts.   Average sales cycle is 60 to 90 days.
