We are a new start up company with offices in Southlake, Texas and Hong Kong.
Our initial offering of MP3 players is directed at the promotional marketplace, food stores, drug chains and small regional retail outlets.  These two MP3 players will be marketed under the names TrekP3 and Shimmer, both offering a unique product to niche market outlets. 

The second category will be MP3 portable radios (Prism and Acoustica) which will have card reading slots to allow the user to choose his own memory preference for stored music with 32MB built in.  The third category will be the I-wave lineup. These products will allow the consumer to transmit and receive all of the stored music on their computer to one of three devices.  A receiver for integration into a existing system, a executive style stereo system and a HTIB complete with receiver, DVD player, amplifier and speakers. All of these products will be on display at the upcoming CES in January.  We will have a booth at the Sands Convention Center next to the new Robotics area.
