About Us: XXXXX was born in 1999 as a Mystery Shopping and Survey company. Since then we were asked to take on merchandising assignments from some of our clients. We did not expect to penetrate that market, but our clients were so impressed with our results we expanded our services to include the merchandising services that we offer today.
We still offer Mystery Shopping and survey solutions but the merchandising aspect of our business is the core of our business. Just from talking to clients and their past dealings with merchandising companies, some have told us that they "Work by description" which means if it is not their duty, they do not do it! We believe that a little courteously goes a long way! We have received many request like "I know it is not in the contract, but would you do me a big favor and...." We make it very clear to our field reps and their managers that we bend over backwards for our clients, and because of this practice is why we have won over so many new clients and excellent references to follow.
We NEVER take shortcuts and even if we have to pay for extra time out of our pocket to get it done right, that is what we do! When we represent a company and their product line, we treat those products as if they were our own, you can trust that your products and the integrity of your brand will be in good hands by hiring our services.
Our Employees: All of our employees from the owners to the field reps understand our mission and understand that you as the client are the boss! Yes, they work for us by ways of payroll and employment, but without the clients, there would be no other reason for being here. Back when I was a field rep I was hired "over the phone" by 4 different firms, at the time I thought that was kind of odd, but who was I to complain. I was sent into the field without knowing not much of anything! To me I thought that was kind of a disservice to the client, but again who was I to say anything. We WILL NOT allow any employee to enter the field without them having a full understanding about the scope of the job and full product knowledge. Not only are they trained till they have full understanding, but they are TESTED to ensure they are 100% knowledgeable to handle the task. We would NEVER jeopardize our integrity by just "tossing" a rep into the field just to "get the job done!"
