Our company started in August of 1979 with zero sales and as of the end of 2004 we had over 4 million is sales in product covering all aspect of the process controls. Covering valves, analytical instrumentation, flowing metering, temperature, pressure, and temperature products. Our sales staff has over 125 years of sales experience in Nebraska, Iowa and Illinois. The company start with only one sales person and has grown to 4 outside and a office manager. I recently established an independent sales firm, XXXXX, and am in the process of acquiring product lines from companies who specialize in manufacturing process control instrumentation. My territory extends to all six New England state.
My background includes over 12 years of experience working for various manufacturers in both a sales and technical support capacity. In particular, I spent seven years as a Senior Applications Engineer for Panametrics, selling and supporting their full line of ultrasonic liquid and gas flowmeters. In addition, I worked as a Product Manager for the Material Testing Products Division of Instron Corporation. At Instron, I helped develop a marketing program to promote the sale and upgrade of Universal Testing Systems for measuring the physical properties of materials. Over those 12 years, I have worked closely with outside sales firms, as well as direct sales personnel, to develop new business opportunities and support the customer from the initial inquiry to the product installation.
