WE specialize in the HVAC industry. The company is 40+years old with a new owner who worked for the company bought it in 1999 he has over 20 years experience. WE call on engineers, design consultants, contractors, mechanical contractors, architects, metal fabricators, oem, also flooring contractors for infloor heating and outside ground heating. Also we have a warehouse for inventory. We are located in Loves Park Il. (Rockford) 60 miles west of Chicago.

I was the long time owner of a paint manufacturing company in the Bronx section of NYC. I developed a solid base of property owners and well-known members of the building trades. I have been laying the groundwork with a number of associates in the pavement industry to make a solid push into a very fertile and excited NYC market looking for a reliable, inexpensive, automated snow and ice driveway, sidewalk, and public traffic area prevention (not removal) system. Initial numbers we have mined in sections of Queens alone point to massive business potential if we can team with the right production company. We are looking for reliability and top quality components-once we install the system we need or should I say require the quality that will allow us to put as much as 95% of our time into producing estimates and installing new systems. We also expect to within 2 years be tightly enmeshed in the new heating installations in new construction in the city, where we have many connections to overcome any potential zoning problems. We are not necessarily looking for a big name company, we plan on making whoever we work the biggest name in the industry. NYC alone has over 10 million dollars a year in slip and fall accidents they settle because of inefficient snow and ice removal. We have the ability to not only win over the private building and home owners. Our goal is to win the sidewalks bidding from NYC itself! We won't step on the toes of the plow and salt street setup, that is so tightly controlled if the mayor looked in another direction he would probably end up in cement shoes, but the sidewalks are a different situation completely. Aggressive action must start very soon with product in hand or someone else will step in and work double time to catch up on the 2 years research and groundwork lead we now have. We're ready to listen, let's make it happen!
