My company focuses on representing high quality products focused on long term customer relationships( i.e., corporate standards programs, buying agreements) which create a strong level of commitment and service. Our market approach is 360 degree; we cover all potential specifying groups such as A&D, furniture dealers, and direct contact with the end user. Though we highly value and regard the role of the A&D firm and the dealer, we feel our manufacturers are best served with direct linkage to the end user. We create "brand recognition" for the manufacturer and a "brand culture" for the customer. As principal of this newly created, high energy, intensely focused manufacturers rep. group, I come to this new venture with 23 years of multi-faceted experience in the contract interiors business. Most recently, as the former president of a $30 million dollar Steelcase dealership.
