Exceptions to exclusivity for National Accounts, Consumer Retail Outlets, or for specific OEM or market type accounts are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be clearly identified. Marketing and sales activities of “XXXXX” include direct sales calls, focused and broad based mailing campaigns on a recurring basis, focused email campaigns, tradeshow participation, local counter day and in store promotions, customer product sales training, dealership development and management, trade association participation, negotiation of annual volume supplier contracts and other forms of state level advertising through trade publications and major event sponsorship, all in cooperation with the manufacturers/vendors that we represent.
