I have over 30 years hands-on experience in the Plastics Industry working with
Bearing, linear Motion, Metal Replacement projects involving structural,
tribological & conductive materials. Have design, material & manufacturing
experience with the full range of materials; Elastomeric seals & custom
components to PTFE (and other fluoropolymers) Peek, PEI, PES, Celazole PBI,
Aurum TPI, PAI, Acetals, Polyamides, Polimides etc. Working hands-on knowledge
of the following processes: Injection Molding, Compression Molding, Transfer
Molding, Melt Extrusion, Ram Extrusion, Isostatic Molding, Machining,
Compounding, Material Physical & Tribological testing methods, Fluorocarbon
Etching etc.
I'm looking for complimenting Non-Metallic or Metallic lines to sell into OEM
markets (Bearings, Stampings, Non-Metallic Products & Services etc.).
