products they stock and sell. We call on architects offering ceu training
classes as well as help to update their specifications. We ask to be listed in
the job specifications or do product substitution requests for the jobs that we

regarding contractors. I also help train the contractors in the use of the

Where I live (Spokane Washington) has dictated the territory size, type of
business and product mix that I sell in. In other words: Spokane is the hub of a
very large but low population territory can be best described as follows; In the
Sate of Washington east from the Cascade mountains to the Montana North Dakota
line which would include the north one half of Idaho and the entire state of
Montana. This area is some 800 miles across (west to east) does not have large
population centers (with the exception of Spokane proper population
275,000.)such as Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles etc. and is
basically a conservative base income type of demographic.
So, now that you have a basic description of where I live and work, it may make
sense that my business is primarily as a sub- agent or rep because the various
manufacturers, importers, and distributors like to contract agencies in the
larger metro areas. Additionally the products that I sell are geared to the
tourist, recreational and gift markets. I presently represent as a sub agent,
several gift, toys, souvenir lines and am looking for lines of fishing/hunting
products. I am also open to additional gift, souvenir or toy products. In
